I should have called Sal's first.....

We needed a ride to and from the airport. Not a big fan of ride share companies; I feel like Limo companies provide superior service. Called a company that we had used in the past - No one answered so I left a message. I waited 24 hours but never received a return call. Started browsing Yelp and called two more companies, but ended up getting voicemail both times. Decided to give Sal's a try, and was shocked when someone actually answered the phone. David was super helpful and professional, and scheduling our rides was a cinch.

I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Sal's. Everything went so smoothly. They sent an email confirmation right after booking, and they called the day before each of our rides. Also, both of our drivers were great. And punctual.

This company was super responsive, quick, and easy to book online. I was able to book the night before for an early morning pick up and everything was confirmed within 1 hour of booking.

For both rides that I booked, the car came on time or several minutes early, which I greatly appreciated.

Both drivers were very friendly people and I felt like the prices were competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to book with this company again in the future!

I have used these guys close to a dozen times at this point and A+ ratings all the way. The online reservation system works well (in a world where many don't). When you call you get picked up on the first or second ring and talk to a cheerful, and helpful, person every time.

My 100% go-to service in the Bay Area, particularly for the Penninsula where we use it.

I was looking for local, reliable car service for taking 6 people and luggage to SJC flight to Santa Ana and for return pickup 5 days later. I called Sal's and Victoria was very helpful. I booked everything on line and contact back from Sal's was perfect. Confirmation numbers for both trips and flight times. Chester texted when he arrived for pickup and on time. Very friendly loaded bags and smooth ride to airport. On return to SJC airport was busy - hot day. Lucus texted, he was waiting at terminal baggage, and were he was located. Car was ready with air conditioning and he loaded up bags. Nice ride and return. Very professional and cost was all upfront, broken down and reasonable. I will use Sal's again recommend.

First time using Sal's service. It's really easy to make reservation and pick up at SFO upon arrival was a breeze. The ride was smooth, driver drives safely and very professional. The price is also reasonable.

I was abroad when I made my pickup arrangement. The team was very accommodating and helped worked out a payment and verification method that was convenient for me. Most importantly, that demonstrated true integrity and ethics.

This will be my airport transfer of choice going forward.

He arrived a little early which gave me time to get my luggage out to the car and stowed away. Comfortable ride, friendly driver. My flight returning to San Jose Airport from Honolulu was 13 hours late. Sal kept track of my flight and picked me up when I returned.

I would 100% recommend Sal's. We used their services for my daughter's prom night. I called and booked by phone, and they answered right away. Very imformative and transparent of any cost. Amin, the driver, arrived early, very nice and professional. My daughter had an easy time communicating with Amin with any location change. Limo was very nice, clean. I will be using them again for any future events!

First time I've had "car service" and it was a great experience. Wished my ride was longer but very comfortable with a fancy Lincoln SUV, very professional driver waiting for me in a clear location with my name clearly visible. Water bottles available for passengers as well. I have no idea how cost effective this is because I didn't pay for it but if you have a business and want to impress a client, I would highly recommend. Also would be great for a fancy date night.

If I were to make one recommendation I would have phone chargers available for passengers. After a long flight and having forgotten to bring my phone charger it would have been helpful.

We rented a 10 person Chrysler 300 limo LAST minute for our kids Senior Prom. Not only was Sal's super patient, extremely accommodating, but they made it easy to arrange everything. The driver was patient, didn't rush anyone as parents tried to snap photos, and was very kind. Our kids had a blast.

I had never rented a limo before so of course I was nervous about them even showing up, but the driver was at pick up location 15 mins before schedule. I will 100% recommend Sal's to whoever asks me. And yes, we had the limo for 7 hrs, and it was reasonably affordable with gas and the tip included which was nice.
