Sam Russo Handyman

Sam Russo has always popped up when I'm searching for a handyman or need something serviced within my home. My dishwasher has been leaking from the air gap all onto my counter whenever I ran my dishwasher. Super frustrating!

Reached out to Sam last week and within less than an hour I got a response with quote. Excellent!! And he was able to send out someone the next morning, Nick. Although Nick didn't show up on time he was sure to communicate that and did a great job clearing out the clog while educating me with how it occurred. Apparently a lot of food/gunk got trapped over the years. Imagine a clogged artery. YUCK!

Quick, easy, & painless. Nick made sure to run our dishwasher to ensure no type of leaks were occurring underneath our cabinet nor anything from the air gap. It's been over a week now and I've successfully ran it 3-4 times.

Price was a little hard to swallow for this job but for peace of mind it was worth it to us. We don't mess with plumbing. Lol. We will certainly be return customers!

Sam came by to inspect a leak under my kitchen sink and ended up replacing the garbage disposal. He was professional, understanding, and did an excellent job. He also made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. I highly recommend Sam for his honesty and exceptional work.

I needed some help with a ceiling fan I had installed. I reached out to Sam who followed up within 20 minutes of my request for a quote and had someone come out the next day. What I really appreciated was them walking me through what they worked on so I know not to make the same mistakes in the future. Great service and very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely work with them again in the future!

Sam and Nick are responsive, courteous and provide quality services. We've done a few projects with them and we're happy with the results.

My front door had become nearly impossible to open from the inside because the top corner was touching the frame. It was also difficult to lock because the deadbolt no longer perfectly lined up with the strike plate. I was starting to panic! I really thought I was going to have to reframe the entire door or be trapped forever, forced to exit through the garage!

I'm a single woman homeowner. I've had many repair people over the years, a few have been on the super creepy side (especially this one hot water heater guy...), so I reached out to a few handymen through Yelp to evaluate their profiles and responses in an attempt to get a feel for and filter out the guys who likely didn't know what they were doing or might be creepos.

Sam was one of the handymen I contacted on a Saturday afternoon for a quote. He responded right away and gave me a totally reasonable quote to adjust the door and offered to come out on Monday. There were other similar quotes from others who seemed equally professional and non-creepy, but I just liked the "vibe" I got from Sam, ya know?

His guy Nick arrived right on time that Monday and came up with a fix. I immediately trusted his judgment and presence in my home. Not a single ounce of concern with this one. Within minutes of his arrival, my door was swinging open and closed like butter and the deadbolt turned as easily as a brand new lock would. I'm absolutely thrilled! My door hasn't functioned this well in YEARS!

He also did an adjustment of the strike plates on the door between the garage and house that had been annoying me for a small additional charge.

I literally could not be happier with their service and wish I'd reached out a lot sooner. If I ever need something done that's in their wheelhouse, they'll be the first guys I call!!

Sam and Nick are the best. Quick response, easy to schedule, reliable, fast workers, and fair pricing. I have had them build furniture, replace light fixtures, replace faucets, adjust/repair doors, and much more. Thank you Sam and Nick!

I recently again contacted Sam to install light fixtures, a ceiling fan, door and cabinet adjustments. Sam was not available but his assistant Nick was available. I am so pleased with their professionalism and their work. I already scheduled an appointment to have a security door placed. I highly recommend Sam.
