Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating

We have used Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating in 2019 as a referral from our home warranty American Home Shield. We were extremely pleased then and we are extremely pleased this time too! We had one little timing issue which was partially our fault; however, they were extremely apologetic and even came out the next day which was a Sunday! They are professional, timely and extremely knowledgeable in what they do!

We highly recommend them for any heating or air conditioning problems you may have!

Same Day Air Conditioning scheduled an appointment for me the following day! I had called 4 other AC companies and no appointments for a week or more! We have been having 100 degree plus weather for days so getting the ac working again was a priority!
The tech gave text updates and arrived at the beginning of the appointment window I was given.
He was polite, professional and got right to work. He evaluated the ac unit and gave me a verbal estimate.
On approval, he initiated repairs and refilled the Freon. The system was tested, warranty explained, maintenance explained and questions answered.
The ac is working beautifully again!

Hashem very respectful and immediately got to work on fixing my air...in and out in 30 minutes or less.
Explained everything that he did and showed me the bad capacitor and explained what else I needed which was coolant at $235 a pop..that was a bit much.
I hate that I had to wait a week, but it is warming up and I am sure as people turn on the A/C they find issues like I did.

I called Same Day Air thinking it would be a least 2 or 3 days to get an a[[appointment. They set up the appointment the next day. The technician Gabrielle was wonderful, very courteous, and respectful. He fixed the problem in record time. I will tell all my neighbors about your service.

My A/C unit is old and not working correctly, I have American home shield and they had same day air conditioning and heating come check out my system. My technician Kilisi was GREAT! . He is very knowledgable, respectful, and also very friendly, he explain to me what was going on with my system and what I would need to fix it, unfortunately my system is real old, and it needs to be replaced, on a good note, we will have a new efficient system. This was a home warranty call. The warranty company (AHS) sent "Same Day" A/C & Heating out to fix it. One month later, they replaced my entire HVAC system. The two service technicians who installed my new system were prompt, polite, and friendly. I thought they did a good job. But now, three hours later, my a/c has been running nonstop since they left and the temperature inside my house is still the same as it was when they left: 89F. No change in temperature despite running the new a/c for three straight hours. That can't be right. Something isn't working.

Two hours later: I tried calling the number that Sam left in his reply below and all I got was a message telling me to send them a text. I did. Twice. And still no reply. Nothing. The temperature in my house continues to climb even with the "new" a/c just installed this morning running full-blast for over 4 hours. It now stands at 91F. It was 89F when they left at noon. This is not how a/c is supposed to work. So far, Same Day A/C has failed miserably.

Great quality service with outstanding response time. Will definitely utilize their services in the future.
