      I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Sam's Club in Conway today. I went in with a simple request to update my name on my account from "Laz" to my legal name "Lazaro," and they managed to completely mess up everything. Now, I can't access my purchase history, use the app, or even access the credit cards I have on file. They can see everything on their end, but I can't access it.

      When I spoke to one of the managers, she told me they couldn't do anything in the store and that I needed to call the number on the back of the card. So, I did just that, and what did they tell me? That I needed to go back to the store to get it fixed! What a waste of time and energy.

      To make matters worse, when I called the store again for clarification, the manager my wife spoke to was rude, clueless, and kept going in circles. She had no idea what she was doing and got defensive because we had legitimate questions. She told us that customer service had created two accounts and told me I needed to come in to cancel one. What kind of incompetence is this, I just wanted my name corrected on the account?

      I called the 1888 number on the back of my membership card yet again to ensure I wouldn't be charged for an extra membership, and guess what? They confirmed I only have one account but since I made changes to it, I would not have access to my old information. So, who's telling the truth here? And, the local representative at my club should've told me by simply changing my name from Laz to Lazaro, that I would lose all my history.

      Tomorrow, I am going straight to Sam's Club and canceling any accounts I have with them. It's clear they couldn't care less about their customers. I've been a loyal member since 2018, spending my weekends there and buying things I probably don't even need.
      I know I am not going to break their bank, but they are going to loose a loyal customer!

      This Sam's Club is very clean as of now. The staff at the food court here helpful. Gas was the cheapest in the area. It has the same basic setup as any other Sam's but there are labels above areas like "Electronics", "Floral", etc.

      There is a roundabout you have to drive through on the street to get here.

      I was assaulted by one of the shoppers inside the Sams club store. I was not hurt but I was in fear, by his actions and words that he intended on hurting me. I used my shopping cart to keep him away off of me. I told the staff, and they called the police for me. In short, the police said it was a civil matter and I would have to take him to court. I notified the managers and asked them to look at the video which showed the incident. After weeks of excuses, they finally looked at the video and said and they would do nothing to keep this person out of the store. I am giving people fair warning. Your safety is in your own hands.

      Love the Sam's club. The meat department is great. Always good quality and lots of choices. Not a fan of self checkout though.

      Jeez I was excited to get a Sam's Club in Conway. So tired of going to LR and dealing with rude, trashy people at the Cantrell location. That was until I had the luxury of dealing with the incompetent General Manager (middle aged white male) and Floor Manager (middle aged black female) at this location. I was trying to buy a TV, Roku and sound bar which had ADVERTISED "up to" $500 off if all bought at once. Quite convenient for me since that's what we were wanting. Each level of management REFUSED to honor price advertised because I wanted the 55" and not the 70". Logic, reasoning, honesty and common sense eluded each person I dealt with. Pure incompetence and disrespect for customers shown by their ignorance. What unfit individuals they have working here.

      Positive note: I did have excellent CS from the Mobile associate that helped me with my upgrade.

      Today I go to this samsclub. I went in to buy pizza and the hotdog the woman sold me was rude. She puts the pizza in the box and throws it to me like I buy free or her food for me. It's only morning, not afternoon but she must be tired and the same attitude towards me. . i was very polite all the time pls, thanks to her. she sees me as Asian so distinguish me ??? Thanks

      Have shopped here a few times and the store is generally very clean. The shelves are stocked and the checkout is easy. Anytime I have big item orders I can place an order for pickup and they are kind enough to bring it out to my car and load it for me.

      I never thought I would review Sam's Club, but Tena in deli in Conway, AR store was so kind and helpful as we purchased platters for our Mom's memorial. She had it all in a cart for us and had kept everything chilled. So grateful to her for her help. Thanks, Tena!

      I went in to my Sam's club to grab a few gifts. Gene Austin at the cell phone desk was absolutely awesome in helping me to buy and set up a new iPhone 11 pro max. He never tried to pressure me into anything I don't want and was very knowledgeable as well as prompt in helping me.
