Sam's Fam Bam Auto Detail

Sam's auto detail was responsive, convenient, high-quality work, and great value. I had numerous questions as I hadn't had a detail done in a while. He addressed every question I had to prevent any confusion. Got my car the cleanest it has been in a very long time, and took care of some extra things. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality work at one of the best prices around town.

Sam did an excellent job on both of my vehicles. Both my daughters suv and my husbands truck looked new again after his detail. Thank you again for open communication, and accommodation . We will definitely be using your service again in the near future.

I've gotten my minivan detailed twice by Sam. Last year I did it at the start of summer and I didn't get to enjoy it because we usually do a family roadtrip during that time. This summer I waited until after the family roadtrip so I can keep it clean longer. I have 3 kids and the baby's seat is the worst because she apparently likes to throw milk all over the seat. My car was disgusting and they worked hard to clean it up. It turned out beautiful. I don't even want my kids in there anymore.

Called them, cleaned the next day, and it looks sooo good! I wanted to get the car all detailed before we sold it, and wow... they just added so much value to the car. The interior came out amazing (carpet looks new!), and the work on the engine bay is great too. Highly recommend this kind and hardworking family!

This review is long overdue, but Sam & Bianca have now detailed THREE of our cars and they all look immaculate! We were so impressed by the price, professionalism, and overall service. We thought they might have trouble cleaning out dog hair and kid stains, but boy were we wrong. Each of the cars looks like they just rolled off the new car lot and had never been driven. They will be the only company we ever choose to get our car details from in the future!

I can't say enough great things about Sam's auto detail! I sent a request on Yelp and Sam answered right away and was so thoughtful. We paid a total of $400 to have both of our cars fully detailed, and the process took about 6 hours. Throughout the process Sam was very good about communicating with us, and gave us a thorough walk-through of both cars once he was finished. Ours cars look even better than when we bought them.
For the price and the amazing costumer service... I am more than ecstatic that we booked an appointment with Sam! We'll be back! :)

This was the final step in with my Nissan Sentra makeover.

The crew are amazing people fun with great attitudes. The detail work was sufficient but I wanted it to be wowed, with new paint and windows but I felt it was just standard. Its new paint so i was expecting to have it buffed waxed and have the white marks removed from the rear finder. These things where not done.

Where it broke down for me was, I do not like to clean up after a service that I paid to clean up. They poured some kind of liquid on my drive way that I took a scrub brush too and some of it came our some of it did not. This a a deal breaker for me, I do not want to know you where there when you leave. with these oil/dirt things they poured out on my barely 3 year old driveway.

The website does not Represent them at this stage. Its is not Necessary just be you. Do not show photos and services you do not offer and crew that are not a part of your team Vehicles he did not detail. They had all their stuff in the back of a pickup truck. but the website shows something different.

Oh the upside they are great people, people you want to hang out with. A husband and wife / family team that can become one of the top detailers in SD. Right now they do not have all the tools and products needed to be a top tier mobile detailer. That will change as they build this business up. I wish them the best real cool

they did a really impeccable job. i has asked them about some stains in the car which i appreciate they said there were no guarantees on removal but i honestly don't even see them. To me it's like they are gone. great customer service. They come fully equipped and are very professional

This was a great experience. It's a family business and they were so kind. They worked hard and the results were beautiful. We were very happy and will definitely go to them again for all our detailing needs!

Spilled a whole gallon of laundry detergent in my trunk. They came to my house and did an interior detail. They were fast and efficient, highly recommend. Thank you!
