Seriously one of the easiest folks in the plumbing business. Told him what the issue was (the water heater), came back with a quote and the option to install within 24 hours. When your water heater goes out, you need it fixed fast, not wait 4 days for someone to come out or getting charged to provide a quote (yes, I had one of those convos too).

Sam is easy, knows his stuff, and delivered excellent work.

My tub was clogged on a Sunday and it was pretty gross. Sam was awesome and able to fit us in a few hours later and finished the job quickly and neatly. He had such a nice demeanor and I'd not hesitate to rec or hire him again.

Sam is the best! Fixed the problem. Very responsive. Very reasonably priced. Very high quality work. I have used his services several times (I live in an old house) and have always been extremely satisfied. The last job required working on 2 levels and through walls after 3 pipes burst--a big job--which he did the same day he came and was able to find someone to help me with navigating the homeowner's claim.

We've had a sink that's had trouble draining since we moved in. It finally clogged completely. Sam's Plumbing was able to fix it the next day and it's better than when we moved in! The price was exactly as quoted and he clearly knew what he was doing. I will use Sam's Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

I've used Sam's Plumbing Services on 2 occasions for different issues and highly recommend him. First time was 3 years ago when my sink was leaking and more recently when I needed a pipe replaced. He's reliable, fast to respond and reasonably priced. Hopefully I don't have more plumbing issues but I know who to call if I do! Thanks Sam!

I went to write another glowing review for Sam and realized I wrote one 3 years ago! I have even better things to about Sam's Plumbing Services now. Sam has been the plumber for my 100+ year old building for the last several years - he's done minor sink fixes, major pipe replacements, water heater replacements and everything in between. He's made me a better home owner and landlord by giving advice on what extra fixtures to keep in the house in case of emergencies. As a landlord, it's so important that the people I send into my tenant's apartments are kind, prompt, conscientious and professional. Incredibly, Sam embodies always all of those descriptors and every person in my building talks about how amazing he is! I cannot tell you what a relief it is to know that the people who live in my building, and the building itself, are in the best hands. I'm living in CA for the year and Sam is the reason why I can manage my building effectively from afar. I have so much trust that he'll do every job effectively, as soon as he can, and charge a fair price.

Sam, was the most patient plumber and gave me a quote after I sent few images of my plumbing issue. He was prompt, courteous and knew the job. I felt like he charged me along the prices and quotes as the other plumbers I asked, but he was able to give me a time and actually show up when he said he would. Reliability is everything when water is the issue. Thanks Sam! I'll definitely be calling again.

I hired Sam to put new flappers on two of my toilets. One of them did not work properly and I had a toilet running all night. I called Sam and he returned and flushed the toilet six times insisting it worked perfectly. He charged me $175 because he got stuck in traffic and it took him and hour and a half to come back. I subsequently bought a new flapper on Amazon and changed it myself.

Not good. Everyone wants a project but no one puts an effort. he came by and was not qualified to do the drain connection. He wanted to drag a hose to the sink. I called and texted him after he left to explain a better solution and he did not take my call nor reached out to me.

They tried to rob me by quoting $2,900 for a job that another plumber did for $400. Shame on you!
