I was looking to get some jewelry cleaned, but I was also shopping around for some new earrings. This is the very best store for high-quality jewelry with the best prices. They have an absolutely stunning jewelry selection!!!!!. I always compare quality across all kinds of stores even when other stores have sales, SF Diamond Exchange still beats their prices!.. Definitely recommend them 10 out of 10. When you go ask for Ben or Norman they were the two that assisted me. The whole team is just absolutely AMAZING. I told Norman exactly what I was looking for he was able to help me custom, pick the perfect pair. I can't wait to pick up my new earrings !!!!!! Thankyou NORMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely great service by everyone working there today! I needed some new small gold hoops (3 total) as my old ones were no longer closing. Since I am old and my hands don't work well, Sandra and another woman took their time to remove the old ones and insert the new 18 carat gold ones. Such personalized service with many smiles! And the price was right! Would definitely return to this family business.

them now and the customer service has been amazing . They communicate really well , are very transparent and their products are beautiful ! The quality of their jewelry is top notch .I recently moved from the Bay Area and wasn't able to go in to pick out a band for my anniversary . I worked with Sandra through email and phone and it was seamless. She was able to customize the perfect band for me and ship it out . I will definitely be a returning customer !

Ben and Norman were amazing. Ben listened carefully and then helped me pick out a setting for my engagement ring that precisely suited my tastes. They had no trouble setting a diamond we already had. It looks beautiful -- I've gotten lots of compliments on it.

Then, when we decided to elope, Norman was super responsive via email and was able to get the rings we wanted, in the sizes we needed, FedEx'd for delivery to the showroom in time for the wedding.

They quickly and cost effectively helped us find a replacement diamond and had my wife's ring fixed, polished/looking brand new and back on my wife's finger in a few hours.
