San Francisco E Waste Recycling

I called 3 times to confirm and verify that i could drop off e-cycling at the Quint st location.
We loaded up the car, only to find no recycling center at 171 Quint.
I called for directions, only to be told that the center has been relocated to Livermore.
WTF ??

The managers of this business need to train staff to give out more accurate info.

I wasted an hour packing up my car for NOTHING

If you read this, i hope it saved you from the waste of time that i encountered.

Always nice staff and quick/efficient process of weighing items and paying any recycling fees. Computers and some related peripherals are free, but most other items are $1 a pound. A full list of what they take is on their website. There are a few spots in front of their shop for unloading items from your car. They also offer pickup from home or business for an additional fee. I think the service is worth the fees - feels good to know your increasingly disposable/obsolete tech crap won't end up in a landfill

I am beyond a fan of San Francisco E-Waste! Their Customer Service alone makes it worth it to work with them. I scheduled a pick up with their company and they were efficient, friendly and prompt. I found out last minute that I needed a COI and their company went up and beyond to get the Certificate to me in time for our delivery. I am truly grateful for their services and my little office looks so much better with everything gone that we recycled! Thank you San Francisco E-waste and Blue Star Co.! I will definitely use them again, if we are ever in a need for E-Waste services!

Moving office in a rush and we needed help immediate! I was told that they would be there in two business days - Fabulous News! But Wait, something happened listen to this ~I goof!! We agreed to a Wednesday Pick up and I thought it was Thursday.. We had missed our Pickup date :( .. Louis then assured me that they would be out the next day! They would squeeze me in and take care of what was a urgent move out deadline. The pickup date arrived and Louis called me to let me know the status and estimate time of arrival shortly after the driver as well call... They arrived picked everything up and they did not charge extra especially for the missed appointment and beat my move out date!
It could have cost so much more with Emergency Pickup.. You know how business are these days, charges are always applied were ever possible. Never used them before but will definitely use them again in fact have them booked for next week! I called e-mailed them, they called me either that day or the next and they confirmed and were that at the time of the appt (dead on it!) Was expecting them to be like the Cable company after giving you a window and showing up 5mins before the last part of that window. 2 guys were courteous and efficient and told us that they would have to reschedule after they filled their truck! And they followed up the next day to see how things went and scheduled then next appt! They Rock! Use them you won't be sorry!

I was closing my photography studio, and I had a lot of old electronics - old computers, monitors, printers, a scanner, a fax machine, and a copier. Also a few items I doubted they would pick up - several WWII surplus contact printers and an old very large copy camera, but they gave me a quote for everything which sounded very fair to me, and was less than other higher rated companies on the internet.
