This review is for the Van Ness location... I've been here 3 times now. Over the past 2 years I've come for tires, car check-up, oil change, etc... every single time has been a 10/10 experience! At the front desk, Brian has helped me out twice now. He's the BEST!!!! I don't know much about / care about cars... But Brian is awesome and explained everything thoroughly. I never feel like I'm getting ripped off, I never feel like my questions are dumb.. and if you have time restraints, they try their best to get you out by the time you need (given they can actually complete your requested service in the alloted time of course!)... I've been to the 9th ave location, and they are not as nice. Honestly, they are kinda rude there... which sucks, because that location is only a few blocks from me. I drive all the way to the Van Ness location -- make sure you ask for Brian!

I have visited SF Honda Service center a few times over the past couple of years and have always been impressed with their ability to offer quick, friendly service. This week I had to make an unscheduled visit and Jun and Natalie happy to get my car serviced and back to me ASAP.

It is true what people say about these places. I used to come here because it's open on Saturdays and on my last visit, I was told my brake pads were dangerously dangerously thin at 2-3mm. They quoted me $2k for brakes and rotors. Went to an independent shop and my brakes measured at 5mm and was told I had 10k miles left. Never coming back here. I expected to get a little ripped off, but not bold face lied to

I came to sign up for wholesale parts purchasing and get some parts. When i called a person on the phone was not friendly and kind of wasn't seem wanted to help find some parts. When i came in i spoke to asian gentlemen with grey hair in his 50's, he told me he does not know how the process for wholesale works, and was rude and in his computer. He told me to go to 7th floor if they know how to do it. If the don't, he said he does not either. When i went to 7th floor it was empty and i just saw service garage there and no office or any person. This is the most horrible experience at a parts department i ever had.

Overcharged, ripped off, they admitted that I was overcharged yet *never* refunded the money. Stay away at all costs. Do not let these ass-hats touch your vehicle.

The SF Honda Folsom Service location is closed. They have moved to 1395 Van Ness Ave San Francisco, CA 94109. The Service Entrance is on Bush St immediately after the Ellis Brooks Leasing Sign.

I'm not sure if this is their first day at the new location, but they should put up some temporary signs or banners to indicate the new building is now SF Honda Services. At the very least print out temporary paper signs and put sidewalk/street cones signs to let customers know where the entrance is for the new service location.

I called the SF Honda phone number online to be misinformed by the answering service representative that the SF Honda Folsom Service department is still open. I drove to the SF Honda Folsom Service location, met a kind SF Honda employee at the gate whom apologized for the confusion and provided me with the new address. When I got to the new location, I circled around twice because I couldn't see any signs that said SF Honda.

Finally, I had to stop by the SF Honda Sales location on Van Ness to be informed that the service entrance is on the right side of Bush St immediately after the Ellis Brooks Leasing sign, and if I drove up the ramp I will see the SF Honda service attendants.

We have been coming for SF Honda service for 8 years. They have moved three times. So This is the third location yet we keep following them because they good service.
The price might not be the cheapest but they are honest and straight forward about what we need to fix or replace and NOT push for what we don't need.
I have been receiving a good service for many staffs here but today I want to shout out for "Eric" who 's very helpful and professional.

I had to swing by Honda on Folsom in order to take care of a recall. It was a very seamless process with good customer service.

Covid Operations: book an appointment and show up at your scheduled time. When you arrive, you will pull up to a designated lane and wait for someone to help you. After talking with them, you can get out of your car and handle preliminary paperwork inside, where you'll also be temperature checked. You will then receive and ETA on the to come back and they will also send you a text with a 30 min notice so that you can be prepared to come back and have more control over your own time.

I was assisted by Reynoldo and the overall experience was super quick, direct, and good, which is what I was looking forward to going to the service center.

Brought my car in for a regular 5k-mile service. Staff was very communicative and able to get me in same-day. However, the list of proposed maintenance items felt super long to me and the prices were definitely the highest I've seen at any dealer/maintenance facility. If you want a quick service, this is a great option, but there are definitely cheaper options out there if you are able to wait!
