      So I purchased my last brand new Toyota Prius from San Francisco Toyota and the one thing that always stands out is their service center and the service center personnel. It's always amazing how efficient, effective, professional, courteous, respectful and extremely helpful they are. There is a young man by the name of Erik Martinez there that just is so outstanding and anyone that wants to understand what customer service oriented employees are defined has no need to go any further than Erik. I would also like to thank Ding the general manager of the service center for always encouraging regular feedback. Glad he's willing to hear us out and we are glad he's also prepared to hear so much positive feedback. As my husband has said to friends and family for many decades don't focus on the salesperson because hes the one that you're gonna spend the least amount of time with. It's the service center that you're going to be dealing with for years to come. They will make life easier or more uncomfortable. Thank you San Francisco Toyota service center. We love you guys!

      Great service, got me in the same day and got it done. Johnny is very attentive and willing to help. I was in for a cat shield install, waited for a little bit and on my way. Fast and easy service.

      Was very nervous because I had a great mechanic back in San Jose. But John & crew have been amazing and always do a great job servicing my Tacoma. Would recommend for anyone who has a Toyota here in the city.

      Well, I wasn't expecting a lot of things, firstly a flat tire on a Sunday morning. After having a AAA roadside person help me change it to a spare, I texted my go-to guy at Toyota San Francisco. He responded, yes even on a Sunday, by telling me that he no longer was at the Geary Blvd. center and now is at this location. He gave me driving directions and I told him I'd be there Monday morning around 9:30 pm.

      Arriving there a bit early, Tommy was on the phone so I waited a couple minutes before he helped me. After taking the odometer reading, I told him about the tire and he checked the vehicle record on his computer in confirming the last service was three years ago. I agreed with his suggestion in doing the 10k mile service as well as checking for other possible issues. Since I had errands to run in Chinatown, I walked a couple blocks to catch the 1 California bus.

      Around noon, he texted and called me as I was at a business lunch in a loud restaurant and didn't hear his call. I called him twenty minutes later and he gave me the rundown, itemizing the immediate issues and possible future ones. He gave me his estimate in remedying them and I agreed to all except for one that shouldn't be one for at least six to eight months later. He gave me a 5 pm estimate for completion and I asked him to confirm when it's ready and to call me a ride from my office. It was done a little early, around 4:30 pm, and I was still working. I asked him to send a vehicle in ten to fifteen minutes so I had time to shut down my work and lock up my office. As requested, a rideshare vehicle picked me up and I was there a little after 5 pm. After paying the bill in the office to the right of the entrance, I was given the van key and on my way home.

      Thanks again to Tommy for efficiently addressing all the issues on the vehicle and making this as pain free as possible. He is here four days a week and still at the Geary center Saturdays. Will be back hopefully later than sooner, if you know what I mean.

      Thank you San Francisco Toyota! The quick service, clear communication and excellent customer service I receive at your location is greatly appreciated. I recently brought my car in after being sideswiped by a driver who took off my driver side mirror. SF Toyota located the new part and was able to repair the car the next morning. I was in and out in time for my morning commute. Thank you to Johnny for making it happen.

      Brought my van here to get a light bulb fixed and a new windshield wiper, and some malfunction lights came on. I think they just needed to be resetted. They said it was a short so they installed a new harness so they say.They kept my van for a whole day called me the next day and said it was ready, I came to pick it up and the light bulb wasn't fixed now I'm standing here waiting for the van again. Don't waste your time here they take advantage of you. Now I got my van back all malfunctioning lights are still on so they didn't fix anything. I don't even think they changed the hardness. they told me to bring it back tomorrow so I can get a loaner so I wasted a whole day and nothing got fixed

      Excellent service!

      I drive a Toyota and am borderline OCD about taking it for its regular service on time! I could swear I hear the engine sound different when I've gone past service millage! San Francisco Toyota Service Center are my heroes! I go online, schedule a service date, I dropped the car early in the morning and pick it up on my way home in the afternoon! Perfect!!
