They were unable to process our return promptly and were somewhat rude about it. Had to get on our flight with an overpriced pillow we didn't need.

So you basic airport news stand, snack and drink shop.

Decent selection, the lady manning the cash register was friendly and pleasant, pretty much all you can ask for given you are trapped like bug in airports and the prices are what they are

Snacks, magazines, drinks, all available here, quick in and out.

Like most things in airports, things are overpriced, but oh well, whatcha gonna do??

For me, better to get my snacks and water here before my flight, that's how I roll...

Great selection and I love the fact that the store is so open. Its important when you are running from one terminal to another and you really need some snacks. Peanut Butter M&Ms are my favorite - thanks for that! You also carry my Polar Ice Extra?? Badass! Thanks for carrying something better than Doritos and bad nut packs. The prices were not shockingly horrific either and getting in and out with great customer service.

This is one of those convenience store outlets - placed along the wall of the Terminal. You can pick up cold bottled water, juices, and sodas here, as well as some snacks, limited toiletries, magazines, etc.

It's located in Terminal 3 - on the right hand side of the Concourse as you are headed down to Gates 60-68.

What a God awful experience. The women working here, particularly one at at the right hand register, were super rude. First of all, the right hand register was closed, because the woman was filling it with change. Did she explain herself when three people were waiting in line? No. They had to walk up to the register only to be duped and have to go to the other side.

Normally, I would just write her off as a regular rude person, but there was one particular boy waiting outside for a good minute. He was having an inner battle with himself about whether or not to go in, because he was scared to ask for change in a language he didn't know very well. We watched as he very nervously asked for change, embarrassed about the language barrier but doing his best (and doing really well). The lady waited until he was done and unsympathetically dismissed him. "I'm not open here! Go to the other side!"

On the other side, there were two women working. Zero concern for the customers, chatting away and giggling as one slowly checked people and the other counted money. Both half paying attention.

I'll go to Hudson News next time. Thanks.

$2.29 for a pack of Trident? Seriously? Ridiculously expensive. Convenience pricing is one thing. Extortion another.
