San Jose Drain and Main exceeded my expectations! Giovani was fantastic in inspecting and identifying the hot water line issue. They conducted a thorough inspection, explaining everything clearly along the way. What stood out was their friendly, easy-going approach that made the whole process stress-free. Giovani's team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. Their work quality was excellent, and the pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs - they've earned a loyal customer!

There are a few people in life where you need to find someone you trust and hang on to them - a doctor, a mechanic, a plumber. Giovani is that person. We were referred to him by our close friends who live nearby to originally do our water shut off for our whole house, but since then called him to help fix a leak in our shower, reinstall a toilet after getting our floors redone, and installing our new water softener.

Every time the response time has been quick, the quality of work has been outstanding, and the pricing fair. Giovani will take the time to explain what work is required and why and works efficiently to get it done. He comes in the time frame agreed upon or communicates if he'll be late. Him and his team are friendly and you can tell they want to get the work done right. It gives me a piece of mind to not have to worry about if it will work or not. (A for effort for my husband, but we don't have time to keep fixing things over and over again.)

Our ice maker needs to be fixed actually so we'll be calling him again soon :)

We needed a hose bib/spigot replaced and Giovani gave us a very reasonable price and was available the next day to come and help us out.

He arrived within the time window provided and was able to get us fixed up very quickly. He seems very knowledgeable and we'll definitely go back to him in the future when we have other projects/repairs.

As others have mentioned he's a great conversationalist and made us feel at ease throughout the process.

We are lucky enough to NOT have emergencies, so we can call and make future appointments to make it easier for everyone. And maybe even save a $ or two. :)

Atmosphere - N/A, they come to your place.

Service - 5 stars. So professional, punctual, and has a great personality to top it off.
They also can do services that the TOO large companies can NOT do, thank you.

Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2014; I think we have been customers since then??? We go way back and have also worked with your twin brother and Sam, your best friend.

We've been using their services to unclog backed up sewer line for years and they've always been on time, fast, thorough and courteous. Recently Giovanni did a camera inspection and we found out a faulty cleanout installed by previous contractors is causing a major issue with roots growing several feet long in our pipes. We just finished landscaping and didn't want to ruin the concrete stepping blocks in order to fix the clean out. So their team did a meticulous work on this repair, fixed the issue and installed a new clean out for us - all within a very small space and keeping the area around nice and clean.
I highly recommend this team, they are true gems!

Giovanni is helpful and professional. He responded quickly. His price was extremely reasonable. We needed to replace our water main shutoff valve. While some of the others quoted $700-$800, Giovanni got it done for $350. He even fixed an additional problem that we found during repair at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

All I can say is that I'm so grateful to Giovanni for always coming through when I need help. I don't have a photo of this job, but he replaced a leaky toilet for me -and once again I had a great experience with him. He's efficient, clean, has reasonable prices, is a great conversationalist and I love that I am a supporting small, local business.

I feel so lucky to have found him.

I recently called San Jose Drain and Main on a Saturday morning about scheduling an appointment to come out to my house to clear a clogged main line. The last time I needed them to come out was 4 years ago, so it has lasted a long time.

I reached Giovani, the owner, on Saturday morning and he scheduled to come out on the same day! He was terrific. My main sewer was blocked pretty good with grease and so he ran a snake in twice to fully clear it -- all for a very reasonable price. Then, on his way out, I remembered about a slow bathroom sink and he came back in and took care of this too for no extra charge.

He and his company are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, fast, and all at a very reasonable price. I am a long-time Army employee and so I really appreciate the service he provides to his clients. If I could, I would give San Jose Drain and Main 10 Stars!!
