TLDR: Kindest people, Best service, Excellent price point, Quick, Caring, GO HERE!

I had called around to several places because I sheared off the door trims on the right side of my 2017 Mazda. I had the parts covered but needed someone to do the labor and was mainly ISO a good deal. Stopped by here for them to take a quick look, and even though Ed was in the middle of painting, he stopped what he was doing to take a look and go over things with me. Clearly well versed in his trade, he made sure that I ordered a couple parts that I didn't realize I would need, and gave me an estimate. Because of our interaction on that day and Ed's general knowledge and demeanor, I chose to move forward with his shop.

Called for an appt a couple days later and they got me in the next morning! I don't live too far away and this kind man gave me a lift home and when my car was done (under time and under estimate) he even came to pick me back up! I almost cried because my car was so shiny and pretty because they had restored it so nicely and even WASHED it... Ack! My heart!

Casey was also super kind, detailed, and communicative during the initial intake and pick up/payment parts of the process. Definitely an asset to her team!

I know this wasn't an insurance job and didn't make you all any money, but I am sending anyone who asks (and even those who don't!) over to you guys for any repair work. Your kindness and empathy made my entire month, seriously. I'm SO glad I chose your shop. Thank you!!! (Also, knowing me, I'll probably be back...)

Brought my 2022 Ford Escape in for damage done on my drivers side, rear passenger door. Casey was very helpful in answering all my questions, and providing a detailed list of required parts with pricing and turn around time.

The car looks like it straight out of the factory and Casey kept me updated all along the way of what stage my car was at, what they needed, when they expected it, and once part was received what they had left to take care of. I couldn't be happier with their details provided and the quality in their work performed. I would definitely recommend them for body work and their great customer service.

These folks are so nice and they took great care of my car. I needed the hood repainted and they gave me a quote and explained what went into the pricing. They made sure they had the right paint (apparently cars made in different factories can have different paint variations even if it's all a silver 2014 rav4!? Who knew). They were done when they said they would be, and they even did a headlight treatment and glaze on the rest of my car. It looks way way better than when I dropped it off, I was like...wait are you guys sure this is the same car?

Highly recommended. I live within a 15 minute walk but I'd drive from most anywhere in the Bay Area to take my car here. Such nice folks, they've been in business a long time and are a credit to San Leandro.

I love Ed. He has fixed 2 cars for after my mom amd brothers. He was referred by a family friend, and so happy je was.

Great customer service! Bought a new car part that needed to be painted. The owner set me up with the matching paint color and even installed it. Also, woman at front desk was really nice and helpful! Would fasho go back!!!

I've had a couple of my cars painted at this establishment, one being a full detailed color change including jams and partial engine bay, the most recent being an accident repair and paint.

Considering how well this team did an exceptional job on the full color change I wasn't hesistant returning to have my car repaired and repainted.
