Colin helped with a lightning issue after an "electrician"did a faulty job and was missing after he got paid. Colin was easy to communicate with, kept updated on his schedule since a lot of repairs are weather sensitive in the snow season. No upsell, honest and will be using his services in the future.

Colin is the best around! Very detail oriented, is extremely skilled in electrical, plumbing, and anything you can think of.

He is honest, ethical in how he bills, reasonably priced and just a great person. If he doesn't know something he won't do it but that is probably a very rare thing. He has great communication, great response time and even picks things up that are needed to make sure the job is done right and you just pay for the parts (no markups as it should be on those parts).

I will ONLY use him and trust him 100%. I let him in my home many times when I have been out and everything is done perfectly.

We have a rural property outside Twain Harte and lets just say something always come up. From kitchen sink plumbing to hand railings, Sanders handyman service is always dependable, affordable and friendly. Colins knowledge and skills cover just about any home issue you might have that comes up. If you are looking for a handyman in Tuolumne county, don't hesitate to call Colin.

Our dishwasher was backing up and Colin came and looked at it the same day we called him. He came back to fix it once he had his tools. Good work ethic, reliable and charged us for only one visit. We will use him again!

I almost don't want to write a review for fear that we'll lose Colin to the throngs of people who need a great handyman. SERIOUSLY. Colin is amazing. Precise. Thorough. Extremely capable. Efficient. and HONEST. He really is amazing and we can not function without him on our team.
