Sandra's Maid Service

We've never used a cleaning service before. I'm pretty type A about keeping my house clean and putting stuff away after use, etc,etc. BUT my fiance....(I love him)...not so much. Also it was never something that we thought could ever make it into our budget. I started a new job i'm super into, but it takes up a lot more of my time so keeping the house together was just not happening...and neither was any free time to do anything I like lol. After going crazy for a bit my Fiance found Duarte and his team and we decided to give it a try.

All I can say is my god I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!. Like Duarte, if you're reading this, Thank you! THANK YOU SOOO MUCHHH! Like nothing in the world feels better then coming home to a clean house after a long day....like your whole life just makes more sense and is organized and...is just happier lol. So you guys make our lives happier (especially meeee!)

We have a dog....(we love her)...but she has so much hair she makes like 2 new dogs out of it weekly......like dog hair tumble weeds...a real thing in our apartment. They've managed to even get it out of our bedroom carpet (my poor vacuum died fighting the good fight...just couldn't handle it all). It's just amazing. Their courteous, respectful of our stuff, and just super kind people.

The cleaning team accidentally threw away one of my fiance's "Treasures"....(an old beer box he had hidden in a corner and refused to use for anything...I'm sure he'll be upset about this assessment lol). Regardless, Duarte personally helped him fish through the trash to try and find it (thank goodness they didn't! lol). BUT the fact he was willing to do that for something so silly is just phenomenal. It takes special people to be that patient lol (better than me!).

SO Thank you guys. My house is so clean, and so nice, and their so quick too! (We were home sick once when we had our schedule clean day once). Also affordable....trust me your budget can find something to make this work (we do bi-weekly and eat out less lol...totally worth). I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone (already have a bunch lol!).

Sandra's Maid Service is our first experience hiring professionals to clean our house. We had a fair amount of reluctance before pulling the trigger to invite essentially strangers into our home and our lives to help take care of our home. But we've found it to be so helpful, and the crews at Sandra's Maid Service have been great.

Sandra's has been cleaning our home for several months now, coming over every other week. For the first clean, they did a deep clean on our whole house, and after that they've been doing just our bathrooms and kitchen.

At first, I wasn't quite sure how I felt about Sandra's having multiple crews. I was worried that I'd have a large group of people I wouldn't recognize going in and out of my home. And I was worried that different crews wouldn't remember how we wanted things to be done. But to my surprise, all the crews remember the particular details we're... well... particular about. And because there are only a few crews and we've met all of the folks who clean our house, we've found our worries to be unwarranted.

I also appreciate how open they are to feedback. I'm picky about the floors, so I asked them if they could focus on making them streak-free, and they've been doing great since I've asked. And I asked them to leave the trash by the garage door and all the crews do that as well. It's nice that they coordinate with each other.

An unexpected positive of having Sandra's clean our home is that they organize our stuff in ways we hadn't thought of, so we've learned from them about how we could do things differently ourselves.

Overall, we're really happy with Sandra's services. It's been a great peace of mind to not stress about cleaning and maintaining certain parts of the house. They're always friendly and try not to disturb us while we're working. And it's easy to communicate with them and confirm the cleaning schedule.

We are so happy that we found Sandra's Maid Service! We're tried several and this is the best:

- They make a genuine effort to understand what we want done in particular (for example, focusing on specific areas, cleaning our condo balconies)
- Arrive on time
- Write back quickly
- Are friendly.
- Are careful with our belongings ie. don't knock around furniture

Additionally with covid, they have been prepared and respectful. We feel comfortable with their policies.

Definitely went above and beyond! Usually, its typically not part of the job to organize but they really went the extra way to do a good job cleaning while keeping things organized and respecting where things go. They even made some changes for the better. Will definitely ask them again next time

I called Sandra's yesterday for the first time . They arrived at 730 am the next morning as promised . Two very nice young ladies, eager to start carrying all of their equipment. Very professional. The price they gave me was right in the middle of the estimate range they promised .
So I just got home . They did a fabulous job . Everything looks and smells great . Shiny counters, shiny microwave, shiny windows and fridge . Shining bathroom . My studio looks like a hotel suite now . When you are checking into the grand Hyatt . It looks and smells like that . Very excellent job !!!see the pictures below .

I've been a satisfied client of Sandra's Maid Service for years. They clean my house from top to bottom. They even clean the backyard tables, and change the sheets when asked. They are professional and flexible with schedules. Their work is always top-notch and their rates are reasonable.

I have been using Sandra's since 2019, they do a good job and I haven't had any problems. From time to time I ask them to do something differently and they do it. I'm a pretty cluttered person normally so they are a huge help for me.
