Add another completely satisfied customer to the list. Rick at Santa Clarita Auto Glass are absolutely first class all the way. I had two cars that needed chip repairs (thank you, I-5 construction) and so it was difficult to schedule have both vehicles available during regular business hours.

I made an appointment pretty far in advance and Rick told me he'd keep me in mind if he happened to be working in my area, and would give me a call if he was to see if our cars were available. Not even a week later he calls on a Saturday, and not just any Saturday but one where it's over 100 degrees outside. The cars are here so we set a time, he shows up on time, did very quick work, and the results were terrific.

Professional, conscientious, punctual, and fair.

Could not be happier, and I sincerely recommend them to anyone needing auto glass services.

After accidentally reversing into a concrete overhang in a parking garage and smashing my rear window, I looked for a local business that could fix my fail. Shannon, Rick, and Brian were very responsive by text. They gave me a fair price and replaced the window - finding manufacturer Kia uses - quickly. I can't see any hints of my mistake. Honestly, looks just like new.

First, I would give Santa Clarita Glass ten stars. I contacted these guys regarding a new windshield for my Mercedes Metris work van. By the way, It's a great van. I scheduled an appointment to replace it. Replacement took a couple of hours. I discovered the radio didn't work with the new windshield the next day. They looked into it, set up an appointment to pick up the van and repair or replace the window, and returned it within two hours. Turns out was just a bad connection--great communication from start to finish.

They even left me a gift card for my troubles. This is how a business should operate! It's very satisfying to see a company that cares about service and quality. I will send anyone I know who needs a window for their car to them. Outstanding company!!!

Shannon was extremely helpful. The phone directory connected me to Shannon quickly when many other places you were only able to leave a voicemail She was so helpful in getting me an appointment the same day within a few hours when I told her I was from out of town and got a chip in my windshield. We were able to communicate through text where I sent her pics and confirmed the appointment. Unfortunately the chip in my windshield turned into a crack. I sent the pic to Shannon asking if it was still fixable. She quickly called me back letting me know that they would not be able to fix it so I wouldn't go out of our way since we were driving home. All I can say is that she is super nice person and totally recommend this shop based on their customer service.
