I had a great experience with Santa Cruz Appliance Repair. My relatively new dryer was making an awful scraping​ sound. Getting it fixed with Santa Cruz Appliance Repair was very easy - I filled out the online contact form, Trevor quickly got back to me and we scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. He communicated well, giving me a time frame and texting me before heading over. When he arrived he was both friendly and professional. He set a realistic expectation of the time, parts and cost and fixed my dryer within those parameters.

If I run into appliance trouble again, I'll definitely go to Santa Cruz Appliance Repair!

Santa Cruz appliance was incredibly helpful in getting me a part from the Italian manufacturer of my oven. They said it would take 4-7 weeks it came early and they were here within 2 days of receiving it. Installation was perfect and their technician was super careful , kind- and did a great job!

Spent most of time removing ice cubes from my freezer. Then charged $179 to insert a wire. Definitely felt overcharged. Trevor was quite pleasant however.

My 5 year old GE electric dryer stopped producing heat although it would run...and run and run. I requested an appointment Sunday evening through their website, and received a call Monday saying that they could come out today (Tuesday) between 11-2. Today I got a call around 10:15 am and the technician was on his way already. He arrived, tolerated my 100+ lbs of loving dog's greeting, and got right to work. Soon he showed me a picture of the part that had shorted out, explained what he was going to do and the charge for it. Within another half hour or so he was done, packed up, cleaned up and we were done.
Very impressed and will use this business again.

Washer stopped working. Called Santa Cruz Appliance Repair and scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. Two repairmen showed up on time with the correct parts to fix the washing machine. About an hour later they were done. Super easy to deal with, quick appointment, completed the job in an excellent manner, cleaned up and departed. The price was reasonable. I would use them again.

The ice maker in my 25 year old GE Profile refrigerator stopped working a few weeks ago. The refrigerator has worked great, so I didn't want to replace it with an expensive new unit. I found Santa Cruz Appliance Repair on Yelp and scheduled a service call online. Fortunately, the company sent the highly skilled and efficient technician named Jesus to fix my ice maker. Within minutes, Jesus had diagnosed the problem, explained the repair, and the cost. Within minutes, my refrigerator was making ice again! Also, Jesus was able to repair the ice maker in my pantry Samsung fridge during the same service call. Thanks to Jesus, I have saved a couple thousand dollars by not having to replace two refrigerators! I highly recommend Santa Cruz Appliance.

My small apt. refrigerator was acting up and I was leaving town. Called SC
Appliance repair and was shocked to get an appointment the next day. Jesus came at the appointed time. He found the issue and proceeded to fix the drippy mess in the refrigerator promptly. He also saw something wrong with the freezer door and fixed that also. I highly recommend Santa Cruz Appliance. The technician was friendly, efficient and the all around service was great.
