I hired Robert again to have my chimney swept because he provided such grate service the last time and this time was no exception he is very tidy he is very professional letting you know every step along the way explaining things to a tee. There is a reason that he is called Santa's chimney service Santa only picks the best after all Santa needs a clean safe chimney to use Santa trusts the best and so should you give Robert a call today for all you chimney needs you wont be disappointed :-)

I hired Robert in Dec of 2017 to fix a leak in my chimney. After multiple repairs the chimney still leaks and he blames the roofers for the leak. When I asked about the agreement that the leak would be fixed by his work he responded by saying that I was mistaken in the jist of the conversation and that there was no written guarantee that the leak would be resolved by his work, rather that the potential leak from my old chimney cap was resolved by his work.

This was a very frustrating experience. What I have learned from this is two things. Do not hire a company that does not guarantee its work and second that with chimney leaks the mason must have an affiliation with a roofer so the blame cannot be passed around.

I could not be more impressed with Robert's service today.
I always check reviews to make sure that I am getting the best bang for my buck, and that I am supporting local business. When I read the reviews for Santa's chimney services I called right away and I am sure glad I did.
He was on time, extremely friendly and professional, gave me a ton of tips about using my fireplace/how to get the best heating in my home, gave me the number to someone I can call for firewood, did a fantastic job at a great price and even gave me repair materials for my fireplace!
(seriously! you couldn't ask for more!)

We called Santa's Chimney Services to check our fireplaces. We have not had a fire in them in the time we have lived here. He checked them, said they didn't need to be cleaned, made sure they were safe, and added us to the list of people to call next year. He ensured that we knew how to open the flue and get an updraft going before lighting the fire so that the smoke goes up the chimney instead if into the room. He only charged us for his time, not any services. We will definitely use this company again.

I wanted to have my fireplace inspected before attempting a fire so I call Santa's Chimney. Robert came over just a couple of hours later and within minutes told me my fireplaces were not safe. I was sure glad to have made the call. Robert was highly professional and I felt confident I had gotten the best advice. He was friendly and took time to answer all my questions. Even though I was disappointed I could not have a fire, I knew we were safe. I highly recommend Santa's Chimney Services!

Robert Came to our home and did a great job. He was nice, professional and did a great job. Left my home clean (No mess). He was well priced. I would use him again for all chimney needs.

I couldn't have had a better experience with Robert and Santa's Chimney Service! I called on December 22nd expecting to make an appointment for sometime in January - and Robert was able to squeeze us in that very day. He inspected our fireplace, cleaned it, and even got on the roof to fix the rain cap that hadn't been installed correctly. He was an absolute sweetheart. Thanks to him we got to enjoy drinks by the fire on Christmas Eve, and our kids were so excited that Santa sent a helper to make sure the chimney was clear. Thank you Robert!

Robert came on time and wearing a high grade mask. He was very considerate of keeping things clean and managed to get our old wood burning fireplace almost spotless, despite it not being cleaned for many years (I suspect). He provided great free advise about our other fireplace and his price was reasonable. Thanks Robert!
