      Seated via Yelp Reservations

Santeeia was right off Market Street. Parking was not too hard on Noe Street, a block away. The indoor and outdoor space was cute and the parklet are dog friendly. All the food was pretty and the usual - tad expensive Mexican food. They also had an all you can drink mimosa for $35 and required full table to participate. We didn't get it since not everyone wanted a beverage. We had lemonade, sparkling water and someone got the margarita flight. It was pretty and enough for two people to share. Chips and Salsa were not complimentary, which is diff then other places and cost $3. Service was ok until we wanted to pay. After all the food was dropped off, our server did not return for a long time. So long that we had to give up and go in to ask for the check ourselves.

Total came to about $50/person. It's ok overall; will return when convenient.

The drinks here are fabulous and hip! This place is a vibe and so much fun. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks. I wish we would have ordered food here but we had just eaten. Service is fast, amicable, and easy!

I would love to come back to try more items and maybe some entrees that looked delicious!

Was genuinely surprised about this place! The interior is pretty nice and they were playing some really fun music. Stopped by to check out their excellent Happy Hour, which I highly recommend. Most items, including drinks and snacks, were under $10. Their HH margs were strong and refreshing. I also tried their new spritz which was also good. They also have $3 chips and salsa during HH. The 3 salsas that come with the chips are all tasty, fresh, and vary in spice level. My favorite was the orange one which was the spiciest.

Service was quick and pleasant. We got the mexican wings and carnitas tacos. The wings had a delicious sweet, sticky prickly pear habanero glaze that was delicious. I only gave them 4 stars because the carnitas tacos were dry and unseasoned. I'd definitely skip these. However, this is definitely not going to stop me from returning for another HH venture.

This place was hip hopping on a Monday! Great outdoor space, quick and friendly service, yummy food. Can't beat that.

We were looking for a place to eat on a Monday with a dog and this was a perfect spot! Dog friendly outdoor area! Guacamole, queso, Al pastor tacos, fried fish tacos and enchiladas were great!

Definitely recommend this spot for a nicer meal in the Castro.

Walked past this place a couple of times and I always thought the flags in front were so pretty. Peaked my curiosity on what was inside.

Came with 2 other friends and decided to order some shared plates along with entrees ourselves.

Got the Papas Bravas and the Guacamole. The Papas Bravas was on the spicy side. We should have realized how spicy it was when the description had "Chipotle adobo sauce". The guacamole was good--I think I would have asked for an extra side of chips because we definitely ended up just scooping the guacamole when we ran out of chips.

For my entree, I got the carne asada plate. Definitely get this if you're hungry. I was really hungry and I got full about half way through the plate. Took me some time to finish everything. Skirt steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Tortillas were well made and came in a separate container. All the extras on the plate made for a very filling and satisfying meal.

Would definitely come back here another time and try something else! Maybe some more shared items.

Came here to say for happy hour and what a fantastic place to get drinks after work or just for fun! My boyfriend got the HH quesadillas and they were to his liking, simple, but full of plenty of cheese and chicken. I opted for nachos, and it was also extremely tasty, full of carnitas. The margaritas were well done and the service was great.

The HH menu has so many options so definitely something for everyone here.

Santeria made for the perfect dinner spot for a fun weeknight out! The drinks we ordered, the spirit of oaxaca and the guava margarita, paired beautifully with our dinner. Everything was delicious but I definitely recommend the queso fundido which had a bit of a spicy kick to it. With the quick service and cozy ambiance, I'll be back for sure.

It was hard finding a place with a parklet because we had our dog with us. It was super windy and a little chilly but the sun was shining so it wasn't too bad. We got seated and was told quickly that food might take awhile because they were so busy. The normal menu wasn't offered and they only had the special cinco de mayo menu.

      4/5 Pitcher of guava margarita
4/5 Chips and guac and oddly didn't come with salsa. We had to specifically ask for it. It did come with chiccharones which was a nice treat
3/5 Chicken wings - was just okay
3/5 Birra tacos - had a dip to it and was just okay
3/5 Potatoes bravas - just okay
2/5 Carne asada tacos - didn't come with salsa and they were too busy to come check and see if we needed any so we ate this without salsa. Was served with pineapple which I didn't like

This place is just okay. Nothing great and wasn't good enough for me to try it again.

Came here for bottomless brunch and was disappointed to hear that they were only doing their Cinco de Mayo menu. Fair enough, but I'll be back for the bottomless.

We got a red sangria pitcher and it was delicious. I love sangria and this was a great pitcher. My friend and I drank is pretty quickly.

As for food, I got the carnitas nachos. It was wonderful, so many different vegetables and toppings going on with a generous scoop of guac. I really enjoyed it. The chips were very well made.

My friend got the flautas, and I tried a bite. I wasn't disappointed. Very flavorful and accompanied with a delicious bed of lettuce. I finished it up for her because she wasn't very hungry.

Good food, good music, great decorations. The service was mildly slow, but it was busy so it was understandable. I had a great time and I'll be back for sure!
