Sargents Appliance Sales and Repair Service

We were in need of a new washer as our fancy circuit board version died. We opted for an old-school traditional washer with an agitator. The young who helped us was wonderful. We discussed what was rebuilt on the machine and the warranty. He was super friendly and helpful. We purchased and returned later with a truck. He loaded the machine, too. I wish I had thought to ask his name. He made sure when we were leaving to thank us for the business and remind us that they would fix any problems with the machine for a full year. We came home, hooked it what and have now run 10 loads. The machine works like a champ! I forgot what it was like to actually get clean clothes from a washer that fills with water and doesn't lock you out. We will definitely buy any future appliances from them.

We have an older whirlpool front-loading dryer and one day it decided not to turn on. So my husband took it all apart and realized it was a relay on the circuit board. However, he wasn't sure if he'd have to replace the entire circuit board or just the relay. We contacted Sargent's Maytag and they were very helpful, Sean went above and beyond to explain what was needed to fix it and took care of it for us. Great service, and helpful staff. Our dryer is now back in action! We sure appreciate the great service.

We purchased a new over the range microwave from Sargents and Kyle and Kenny delivered, installed and hauled away our old one. These installers were excellent. Kyle and Kenny are friendly and professional. They knew what they were doing and completed their work quickly all the while taking great care not to damage our kitchen or cabinets. We have been a customer of Sargents for over 20 years and we highly recommend them. Samantha was our sales person and she made sure we had several models to choose from. Everything about this company from sales to install to maintenance is first class. We highly recommend them.

Dropped in today in person. Wanted to chat about a dishwasher repair appt. NO ONE hear to talk, Just wanted to chat about the scope of my issue to start. Very toxic.... Stopped in my tracks and "out the door." I'll look further for service. But, I rarely give a service company a 2nd chance. Sorry

The repairman for my Samsung dryer from Sargents Appliance was outstanding. Kevin is very smart, professional, and caring about his service. He is very knowledgeable and had picked up the exact correct part that needed to be replaced. He installed the part and my dryer works perfectly. The dryer did not work at all. He was prompt to my appointment and knew just what to do.

Not very good customer service skills. We've been doing business with Sargent's for twenty-five years, and that all ended this week. I was ready to drop $1500 in the store, but their arrogance and disrespect got in the way. So, RC Wiley got the money instead.
I won't be participating in their going out of business sale either...

Samantha was the best! So helpful and even took us to the back area to look at some of the machines! I love supporting local businesses and felt like the customer service was beyond great.

It there was 10 star review I would use it! We bought a Maytag washer 4.5 years ago from Sargent's. The lid cracked and I called to get it replaced. They informed me that the lid was still within the 5 year warranty and in 2 days they ordered the new lid and Sal replaced the old lid. It was the best customer service I have received in a long time!

Great experience purchasing refurbished Neptune washer and dryer to replace my 20 year old Neptune's. Samantha gave me great advice and made the buying process so easy, I couldn't be happier. Bought this morning and installed this afternoon. Wow!
