      Bosch refrigerator annoying droning noise.

      James determined the problem was a copper tube connected to the compressor was vibrating and adjusted placement of the tubing. James also did a thorough review of the refrigerator's for proper cooling function and fine tuned the temperature settings. He adjusted the unit's footing to be level and vacuumed the cabinet floor. Total bill was $80 less than Bosch's quote for their tech's visit. Very satisfied overall with scheduling and service.

      In the last 5- 10 years i have called him the most and it is definitely at that point of "most trustworthy" and "thoroughly expert" in a lot of brands. (For me, Viking, Sub Zero and Liebherr) He can talk about all the brands and little differences for big and little problems.

      I have seen a few random people here and there be cause a friend said to use for "so in so for such and such brand" but, No thanks! People with big personalities and egos are exhausting and i gotta get stuff done! Totally trust Scott for anything & everything, he provides great value for my sanity and my family.

      He has repaired my Viking microwave, & induction top burners, my Sub Zero Freezer Drawers and my Liebherr refrigerators with trusted success.
      The sweet booking person Jenny, feels like I am calling an old friend. Gem of a company to do business with.

      The Value is excellent as the trust is there for what is happening and being done. And some people just seems to be coming on the scene and throwing out random numbers hoping people won't flinch to pay that. Call Scott's Appliance for a trusted Marin Appliance Repair!

      He deserves a 6th star for the stability of quality service and personality; Ordering parts, Temporary fixes-if needed, ultimately getting the job done.

      Wow! Scott is awesome. I had two other repair companies tell me my fridge was done. Scott found the issue right away and fixed it. I am so thankful because a replacement would have been over 10k due to the size. I will only call him from now on. Really nice guy too. Great company!

      Ismael was a delightful tech. He arrived as scheduled and quickly determined the parts necessary to repair out Bosch dishwasher. He returned as soon as the parts came in and did a very professional job of installing them. I would highly recommend Scott's for all your high-end appliances.

      Our oven started shutting down during preheat. We did our best to Google some at home suggestions but we really aren't too handy and needed help. I made an appt with Scott's Appliance and they were quickly able to fit me into their schedule. Robert came out to help. He was so kind and friendly. Our oven needed a part order so Robert came this morning to complete the repair and again his customer service was outstanding. He talked me through the issue and repaired it pretty quickly.

      Robert showed a genuine desire to provide good service. I was so impressed with him.

      While I hope I don't need any future appliance repairs, I won't hesitate to call Scott's again.

      I recently ran into issues with my Bosch refrigerator which suddenly stopped working. So I called Bosch to file a warranty claim and they then provided me with a list of local appliance repair companies that they contract with in the Bay Area.

      I called the first 4 on the list (in no particular order) and 2 of the companies didn't even bother responding to messages that I left, and the other 2 wanted nothing to do with Bosch because apparently they're too "complicated to diagnose"/ work on. One of the companies that I contacted actually said that to me verbatim.
      Well, I was beginning to think I was out of luck when I finally called the last of the 5 numbers provided and lo and behold, an actual human being (Jenny) answered the phone. She asked me a few questions about my refrigerator, model, etc. and then notified me that they would gladly send one of their technicians out and then asked me if there was a particular date that I would prefer for her to schedule a service appointment. I scheduled an appointment, then had to cancel at the last minute and reschedule due to an unforeseen family emergency. Jenny was absolutely gracious and accommodating in rescheduling me, and when I finally met with James, their technician I was pretty impressed with how quickly and efficiently he diagnosed the problem. One week later, Jenny let's me know that the special order part has arrived from Bosch and James literally comes to my home and is in and out in approximately 30 minutes. I actually had to run a couple of errands that day and let James know that I would leave a key for him so that he could access the property should he happen to arrive in my absence, so you can imagine my surprise when I receive a call from James as I'm running errands telling me that he left the key in the designated spot and that everything was good to go. I thought he was kidding, because I was only gone for approximately 45 minutes and he removed the back of the refrigerator as well as the top, Installed three separate parts and then fastened everything back up literally in like 20 minutes. Talk about efficient! Thank you James! Scott's Appliance Repair is lucky to have someone as competent and efficient as yourself! I'd ask for a raise! ;)

      I have a new Aga Pro induction stove and the middle burner went out. James came out with another very nice young man (and I'm ashamed to say I've forgotten his name). They deduced it was the mother board due to the way the vent was installed on the unit. It took a bit of time to get the new board, but they came back and installed it today. I loved how they were so kind, friendly and explained everything. Honestly, from the office staff to the repairmen, the people from Scott's are top notch and clearly understand what great customer service is. I would highly recommend them!

      The technician was prompt and knowledgeable and made recommendations on repair vs replacement for various appliances. Very ethical! Also, they showed me how I could make some repairs myself, if I chose to. Great!
