Scotts Demolition

I had Scott's crew take down an overhang that was over my front porch. Scott was quite amiable and his crew hard working. They got the job finished on time and cleaned up.

Can't thank Scotts Demolition enough for tearing down an overhang and replacing pavers in open footings. Very nice team came by and did the work quickly and cleanly. Competitive price and great communication!

We hired Scott to do a deconstruction in Palo Alto and nevertheless we made a mistake. The crew was nice but no one could understand me on site. There was some guy, helping Scott (Tony) that has previous owned a demo business and loss his license that ran the job. He seemed to brag on how fast they could work but it was not that case. I would not recommend them to do any work.

Sent one email and left three voicemail's about needing a quote for a whole house deconstruction. No response! There really is no excuse for not responding, even if it's just to acknowledge and let me know your to busy to take on more work.

Once again, we had a project that required a professional to do the job. Having hired Scott's Demolition before, there was no hesitation in calling them again to do the deconstruction phase of the project. Scott remembered us and was more than happy to come and look at our project.
He gave us some great ideas on how to attack the project and even recommended a local contractor to look at our project.
Andres and the guys were great! They arrived on time, were well prepared, finished ahead of schedule, and did a terrific job cleaning up afterwards.
We will continue to recommend Scott's Demolition and should another project arise, they will be the first call we make.

While I'm sure the end result is always good, one of your representatives today was extremely rude to me, a neighbor of the house they are taking down. Asked him to please not park on the sidewalk, to which he was defensive, confrontational, rude, and insulting. This involved questioning my request, calling me a name preceded by an expletive, and honking repeatedly after moving his truck. I guess this a perfect line of work for a bully, but from now on, leave the attitude in the debris box!

Scotts Demolition is awesome. They are professional, efficient, and all around a great family owned company. My husband and I have used them quite a few times for our appliance store and I would never use another company. Thanks Scotts Demolition!
