      Took my brand new s23 Ultra The Screen Works after I clumsily dropped it in the driveway one night cracking 3 week old phone (ugh!).

      The team was able to rapidly obtain a replacement screen and body for my phone to return it to a nearly OEM state. Pricing was fair.. Highly recommend.

      A little overdue review from 3mos ago before Thanksgiving and I have to say that Austin was a lifesaver since I needed to meet a very strict timeframe with my cellphone carrier for their early upgrade program with timely trade-ins made within 30days upon purchase of the new phones.

      I remembered getting and packing my iPhone 13s into those provided phone carrier mail envelopes when all of a sudden one of them fell by the edge of the table having butterfingers at the worst of times with the back glass split, lines running in waves about 1/3 to 1/2 going upwards from the bottom. I quickly checked and found out that for my trade-in, it specifically states that the iPhone needs to be in good condition where very minor scratches or scuff marks are typically OKAY around the phone as long as it is still operable, BUT having a cracked front or back glass will render it completely ineligible and I would of have been at a lost of -$830.

      Therefore, the only solution was to get it fixed immediately and so I found ScreenWorks with the highest rated 5 star reviews around the Tri-Valley area, fair competitive pricing (quality over unreliable/cheaper savings elsewhere is my motto) where you can still purchase the $10 for $20 credit promo OR just ask if they can apply the $10 savings without purchase PLUS it was very conveniently located next to nearby eateries in walking distances without having to drive elsewhere unless necessary so it was really meant to be.

      It was on a Saturday, I walked-in and spoke to Austin about my situation before noon and was very fortunate to be given the very last customer slot of the day since I was in dire need of mailing it with UPS the next day on Sunday. Mind you, Austin was already swamped with fulfilling 2-3 other customer repairs that day which varied in the length of time spent depending on how difficult the project may be. Austin told me that he really wanted to spend more time on repairing the iPhone 13 back glass as a big project and needed the entire afternoon to evening until closing to have it done which consisted of the following to the best of my own knowledge and feedback obtained after the repair:

      1.) Inserting the phone properly in an adjustable clamp for stability before the project begins.
      2.) Removal of the broken back glass using microscopic mechanisms by hand which are a combination of magnifiers, tweezers, and brushes WITHOUT shattering excess glass shards which involved lots of precision and energy under a very stressful environment that cannot be rushed.
      3.) Placement of the new back glass to match and fit within the frames entirety with application of a clear coat adhesive to make sure that it is sealed properly without any air bubbles or residue using applicable force as needed then letting it airdry naturally on its own.

      I made sure to be right on time at about 1min before 6pm closing and there was another customer ahead of me who was very satisfy having a really outdated phone that needed signal reception repair for both connectivity to the carrier network to make/answer calls and WiFi to access the internet/purchase apps. Austin made sure that before the customer left, everything was working as planned to ensure quality customer satisfaction BEFORE accepting payment.

      When it was my turn, I was very happy with the repair as it came out flawless like nothing had ever happened BRAND NEW, Austin even made sure to double check that the back glass was sealed without bubbles, residue or loose parts then turned on the phone for me to see that it is operable exceeding my expectations. Austin then proceeded with my payment honoring the $10 savings without needing to purchase the promo AND not only that, Austin even requested if it was okay to do a little prayer at the end of the night during closing time since it was his ritual for blessings and good sendoffs before ending his workday. It was such an honor and definitely a wonderful experience that I will never forget.

      Thank you very much Austin, you are the best! I wanted to make sure that everything with my phone carrier and trade-in was solidified before writing this review because they marked it "Excellent" condition!!!

      When I was dumb enough to open my MacBook Pro by myself to clean it inside and damaged the Touch Bar, Austin and ScreenWorks came to the rescue. They were able to repair my Touch Bar within an hour. Super friendly, knowledgeable, professional. What else can I ask for! They also replaced a camera on my daughter's iPad in the past and did a good job as well!

      Apple managed to break my older MacBook Pro, and just threw in the towel. Dropped by ScreenWorks, and Jimmy was able to fix it in a matter of minutes. Austin was very helpful and responsive over email as well. They've helped family members in the past with phone repairs; impressed with the professionalism, polite demeanor and overall technical ability. This is the first place to go!

      Jimmy was super helpful and nice, I had a shattered screen and he got it fixed faster than I could have ever expected.
      They have a large waiting area with chairs and There's even a iTea spot next door to hang out and have a drink or snack if you feel like it. The prices are competitive and the service was amazing.
      My screen was acting up about 2 weeks later and I called Jimmy and he asked me to come in to get my screen fixed under warranty! They stand by their work and I appreciate that. Thanks screen works

      I took my iPhone in for a new battery. No appointment necessary.
      It was completed in 20 minutes.
      I found there were several eating establishments nearby. I went to the Taqueria.
      My phone was ready when I returned and I thought the price was very economical!
      Highly recommend this business!

      I visited them looking for separate opinion after an Apple authorized repair shop just down the street (named after an Australian mammal) told me his estimation after less than 3 minutes was a broken screen inside and would need over $700 to repair and that it probably wasn't worth it and nothing on trade in. it's barely 2 years old and I paid $1300 for this iPad Pro!!
      I brought into Jimmy at ScreenWorks and after hooking it up to his charger he saw a faint amount of charging being taken. After a 10 minute wait while he took to his work bench, he returned with it working perfectly with an 83% charge. I was so relieved and happy and then he knocked me over by only charging me $10 bucks!!!
      The guy was awesome to deal with and I would recommend this place to visit first!!
