Security Public Storage

I made a quick move from LA to SF and needed to book a storage unit last minute. Charles was pleasant to speak with over the phone, helping to figure out the size of storage unit I would need. We were cutting it close arriving to the storage facility, and made it a little before closing time.

Charles greeted us warmly and provided multiple flatbeds/wheeling devices to move boxes easily from our car into the elevator and into my storage unit. He was patient as we unloaded and very accommodating throughout the process.

I would highly recommend this storage facility if you want great customer service, secure storage, and unbeatable rates.

Security Public Storage is well managed and safe. I really appreciated working with the manager Charles Ruiz, super competent and super on it.

Was amazing and super efficient for anyone at the SFCM school!!! Easy access whenever I needed and was a very good price. I'll definitely be using this for future years.

I'm a student and I decided to rent a storage unit and it went great! I had no issues at all.

Friendly staff, easy to get in and out, and even with very limited street parking, they were happy to look out for a spot for me. :-)

Hours can be tricky depending on when you work.

I hadn't started a 9-5 until after I started renting from them, so it wasn't a problem at the time. But when I started my new 9-5 job, following a drive from the office that got me there and parked at 5:45, I would struggle to get my stuff in/out before formal closing time at 6pm.

I /was/ told that the real, firm, everyone's-gotta-be-out-by time is 7pm, which does leave some wiggle room, but a little more official time before 9 or after 6 would have been ideal. Oh well!

Had to move out because hours weren't working. Revised review because I posted the above one on the spot in exchange for a nice, gel handle pen from the owner.

I still stand by what my original review says, but just a heads up because the pen-for-a-good-review exchange caught me off guard!

My wife had great customer service over the phone figure out how big of a storage unit we need. We arrived and we're greeted by Charles and instructed on how to use the keypad straight away. He showed us the unit and how to use the elevator. Best service I've ever had a storage unit. very clean and well lit with no strange odors. Highly recommend.

Charles was really great to work with! I requested to cancel my unit and he reached out to me to help me check out before I got charged the next day. I really appreciated his level of attentiveness and customer service! Would definitely use security Public storage again.
