I just had my first acupuncture session with Sarah. Not only was she kind, but she took a full history and collected information for what I needed from acupuncture. Outstanding communication as Sarah not only asked me questions of what I was comfortable with in needle placement, but she also explained what she was doing in the moment and checking to make sure I was comfortable.

Serenity Day Spa's environment is calming, welcoming, peaceful and attractive. I found myself on the verge of falling asleep during my session, which is something I never do. Best of all, they took my health insurance as my doctor prescribed acupuncture for my neck, shoulder and back pain. I included insomnia and pain in my wrists, knees and ankles. I already have some pain relief and slept better the last two nights. I'm blessed to have found Sarah and Serenity Day Spa.

I have been going to serenity for 3 years now and never had such a bad experience as today morning. The receptionist claimed to be my masseuse and game me a pseudo hot stone 'touch' rather than a deep tissue message. Inspite of constantly asking her to go deeper into my pain areas she just barely kept touching me and told me that going inside tissues is not needed for pain relief. Hot towels and hot stone touch will do the trick
Not only that, she kept commenting on how my body was fat , my digestion was off and I should eat less sugar. It doesn't end here - she asked me to pay with Venmo at the end and refused to take any other form of payment.
Serenity - have you outsourced your business to some jerk who is abusing your client base? I don't think I will ever return and I would advise for anyone not to go here either. They don't have skilled people anymore

Requested last minute spa day for 6 people. They were very accomodating and we all enjoyed excellent massages (relaxation swedish for most of us, therapeutic deep tissue for one, and another had hot stone add on). Everyone very pleased with their treatments and agree will will go back in the future!

I had a wonderful massage with Candy. She seems to intuitively know where my body needed the most attention, and she has a very healing touch. It is more than just a massage; you feel energetically restored. Afterwards, she gave me some great tips for keeping my body healthy. I sent my sister to go see her- she also had a great experience. She had neck pain for years and it was finally gone immediately after seeing Candy. I refer a lot of friends and family to her now. Looking forward to my next visit, thank you!

I booked a group reservation at Serenity Day Spa for my cousin's bachelorette party/celebration. She wanted something relaxing and chill. Serenity Day Spa was perfect for our group of 6. Sarah was very accommodating. Without asking, she brought some fresh fruit for us to enjoy and she even had a "bride to be sign" handy to put up. We took turns 3 at a time to get massages and it was great! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Exactly what I needed after a long work week! The firm pressure Swedish massage was perfect. Great pressure and techniques. I was only able to squeeze in 60 minutes but will definitely be back for 75 or 90 minutes next visit.

My facial at Serenity Spa was outstanding. It was so peaceful and relaxing; Sarah did an excellent job. I hadn't had a facial in a number of years, partly because the last place did a high pressure job of trying to sell me products. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The emphasis was on doing a skillful and relaxing facial. I highly recommend both Sarah and Serenity Spa, and I will definitely go back!

Last week I visited Serenity Spa for the first time. I had a lovely and peaceful facial for 90 minutes. I also purchase three facial products which I love. I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing massage by Meena! I booked the day before and typically go to a different place but they had no openings. My shoulder was hurting me and she worked out all the kinks, it was lovely and I already booked a massage for next month!

Too-notch professional service at a reasonable price. Relaxing and exceeding clean setting. My masseuse was knowledgeable, worked on my extreme knotty spots. Most massages at this place are $85 without the 20 percent tip I added. I already booked for next month.
