I specifically called and asked for a sports massage as I needed one before the weekend activities and Monica was pretty impressive. Strong hands, and gentle feet. definitely coming back!

They took my appointment on short notice and now I can enjoy my weekend out of town not worried about my muscles cramping. great job guys!

I got a Swedish as best. No offense to her. But I still tipped even tho I didn't want to cuz I know... being a massage therapist... how much work goes into a massage.

I'll never go back... cuz I need ppl I can communicate with. I'm not sure if she didn't speak English at all or just simply ignored me.

I'm extremely bummed and feel like I wasted 100$ I can't get back...

I hate how they ask for payment prior to the massage... if I don't pay in full before receiving.. I would have left mid massage

Don't rip ppl off ( u should have offered me a refund... ) or refunded at least 50% off. I would have tried it again.
I tip no less than 20$ for any massage... so how I see it is... their loss for not making it right

I wish I could break up the star rating because the therapist was great but the overall was kind of awful.

I booked a Sunday evening for my birthday. My booking was 8PM. After I was led to the room and told to undress and lie down I waited and waited. Eventually I pulled my phone out saw that it was after 8:15 and wondered if the massage therapist was coming. I put clothes back on and went to ask the receptionist if the masseuse was coming. She said oh she's coming now her last client was late. That is totally understandable and can happen anywhere, but it's really important to tell the client that their therapist is running behind instead of leaving them to wait and wonder.

After that the masseuse came in seeming rushed and got right to work. She was excellent. Very strong, great technique, attentive to pressure, very thorough.

When I'd gone out to ask the receptionist if the massage therapist was coming she'd been lounging behind the desk on her phone. As soon as the massage started I could hear the receptionist banging around excessively outside the door. Probably just closing duties, but it sounded like there was no effort to keep the noise down.

In the first half hour the receptionist opened the door to the room where I was getting the massage to talk loudly to the masseuse. She did this 3 times in that first 30-40 min of the massage. This felt very unprofessional, rude, and a privacy invasion.

Great massage but I would not feel comfortable going back due to the rest of the experience.

I wrote the spa directly to let them know my experience and after 1 week I received no response so I decided to leave a review. I hadn't planned to go back but thought they would at least acknowledge and apologize.

My sister and I got deep tissue massages in one of their couples rooms on a Monday afternoon. Reserving online was easy, and our masseuses were Anna and Angela.

The pressure was outstanding, they really know how to find the right spots and use techniques that provide an effective and pleasurable experience. They were extremely friendly, and funny too. We laughed as they said our backs were hard like a wall, lol... but they didn't talk excessively, just enough to make sure they targeted areas we needed. Beyond that, we were able to enjoy the soothing sounds of gentle music in the background.

This was a true full body massage, almost every inch, and my masseuse especially did a remarkable job on my legs and hamstrings, applying a unique technique different than other places I've been to. I was definitely impressed. Also got my first belly massage... unnecessary, lol (trust me there's no muscle there)... but I do like the thoroughness :P

Overall, the place was great. The setting was clean and simple, with just enough decor to set the mood. All of the employees were personable, and really showed they appreciated our business with the way they treated us. And we got full sized water bottles in the end, which was a nice touch, especially on a hot day.

Now this is a good massage. This business is a good value. Left feeling very good. Great service. Thank you.

We came for a couple massage 1 hour and were treated well! I may come back to have a massage monthly or every other month because of how much I enjoyed this! Calm atmosphere and clean facilities made for an excellent time

A no-frills place to get a thorough and effective deep tissue massage, at a much lower price point than a fancier place. It's missing a lot of the amenities that I would associate with a spa, such as a space to relax before or after, teas to drinks, or a locker room to change and store your belongings. However, the price was great, my masseuse and front desk were friendly, and my masseuse was very thorough for a 90 minute deep tissue treatment. One thing to be aware of is that the walls are pretty thin so you'll hear everything that happens in the hallways and can even hear the room next door - my room was located near the receptionist and so I could hear very clearly anytime the phone rang, which was a bit distracting at times. I wouldn't recommend this place for a special girls day at the spa, but would definitely come back when my back is sore and needs some work to get the kinks out.

My boyfriend and I just went to get a couples massage and both enjoyed it so much! I like medium pressure and Lisa was PERFECT. She did an amazing job releasing all my pressure. My boyfriend likes light pressure and he had Lily. He thought it was the best massage he's ever had. Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I are regulars here and we have tried a lot of different therapists. Always high quality care with a clean and serene ambiance! And fair pricing!
