Serramonte Kia

Christina helped us with our purchase of our KIA EV6 in July 2022 and she was great! This car has been difficult to find recently and I had called KIA dealerships all around California and even Nevada. Since this dealership is newer, I believe more allocations of cars are being shipped here so this is your best bet if you want a super popular car!

Since the dealership was under construction so we had to be driven over to Subaru to get the finances done, but that wasn't that big of an issue. Overall, the entire process took around 2 hours but it felt like 1!

Now, some things that could be improved on.

We "reserved" the vehicle for 48 hours, but then was told by management that we only had it until the end of the day since it was a hot vehicle. Kind of a bummer since we had to drop what we were doing and immediately head over, even though we told them that we were ready to purchase.

The detailing of the car was alright, I don't think it was that dirty to begin with, but we did find some scuff marks here and there when we were about to drive off, but they cleaned it up. There were also random QR stickers on the outside of the car and remaining plastic on the inside of the car. The thing that bothered me the most was that the car was only charged to 73% when we left with it.

I would say the best part of this experience was Christina, she responded very quickly to texts and was able to make this an overall pleasant experience.

This was an GREAT car buying experience. Exceptional service and great coffee. Thank you Omar for all your help! We love our new EV9 and couldn't be happier about the whole experience.

Had a great experience leasing a new EV6!

I began discussions with Omar Nijem, who is a driven and energetic young man who will hustle to get you what you want, no matter what it takes.

We messaged countless times comparing different options on various vehicles, and he was ultra responsive and always followed up.

The specific vehicle I wanted was at another dealership, and he was even willing to go all the way there on my behalf and make it happen.

First time with a Kia, but if the quality is anything like the service, it's going to be a great few years.

After a hellish week (car was totalled and then an idiot salesperson in LA sold the car I originally wanted), I called up Serramonte Kia and spoke to Nick Saba, who found the car I wanted in the desired color and I made an appointment to come in the very next morning to secure it before anything else could go wrong!!!

Nick and his team were swift, professional, friendly, etc. I've never bought a car in such a short amount of time! I definitely recommend you give him a call if you're looking for a new car.

And I love my new EV9! It's so spacious, speedy and runs so smoothly.

The dealership itself was very clean and I appreciated the smart coffee machine they had while I waited to do paperwork. It definitely made the wait much more enjoyable!

He was also very respectful of my time, giving me space to consider the numbers, yet still managed to get me into my car faster than I've experienced at other dealerships. Update. After Alham messaged on my review, I contacted him with my email address so he can resolve the issue. I am waiting for resolution and will update the review once it's resolved. I have also called and left several messages for Bob, the sales manager, who said he would take care of it but still hasn't. If you are reading this, it means that I have not received the refund on my refundable deposit. (There is no middle ground here -- either they processed the refund, or not. It seems like such a simple thing)

My daughter bought her Kia optima in here on the 21st May ( yes MAY ) with a seized engine and now three months and $2100 on rental cars still not done and according to Wilson the service director there is a recall in relation to this problem and they are just waiting for Kia to approve the new engine. That last contact was Thursday the 8th of August. I don't know who at Serramonte Kia thinks that this situation is acceptable because it clearly is not. Why is it taking so long to get an approval from Kia. Nobody here seems to care or it would've been handled by now . Shouldn't get a star at all

Great experience working with Spencer in the sales department and Kish in finance. Very smooth process from start to finish and we love our new Kia Niro. The whole process from start to finish took us about 2.5 hours which we were pleasantly surprised about. We had purchased cars in the past and spent what seemed like the whole day (5-6 hours ) going through the negotiation process and financials. This was not the case Kia, that being said we did know what vehicle we wanted going in but the process still seemed pleasantly quick and efficient. 5 stars and would recommend for anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

My experience at this service center was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the process was seamless. Alfredo, the staff member who assisted me, exemplified outstanding customer service with his attentiveness and kindness. The waiting room amenities, including complimentary coffee, water, and a vending machine for snacks, made the experience even more enjoyable. It's my 2nd time and I must say being able to have John made a huge difference. I'm a first time Kia owner and also bringing my car in for service, the very first experience was not bad but it was confusing there was so many people helping and with different answers which I didn't like. First time leasing and couldn't be any happier with my brand new 2024 KIA Forte GT. John Saba and Andrew Eliopoulous did an exceptional job assisting me, making the whole process super easy and stress free. They are very attentive, honest, accommodating and patient. I didn't feel rushed or pressured (like most dealerships I've visited in the past). Andrew truly went above and beyond and made my shopping experience enjoyable. I was jokingly telling him I only wanted to buy the forte if it comes with a bow and y'all let me tell you. This man really went and grabbed a bow so while I was finishing my paper work I came out to my new baby sitting pretty with a bow!!! Ahhh 10/10 core memory. Thank you John and Andrew!
