Unbelievably helpful. Needed something reset and the dealer wouldn't do it. They let us use the device and make the change at no charge and even helped us to do it. Friendly, honorable, and knowledgeable. Wish I lived in the area I'd bring my car here anytime it needed repairs. This kind of service is so rare these days.

He took me on a tour of my Z3's underbelly, pointing out problem areas and explaining in layman's terms what needed to be done. It wasn't a one-way conversation either. When it came to the vacuum leaks in my car, Kurosh was methodical. He didn't just fix the leaks, he showed me the process. His transparency and honesty were truly refreshing.

My poor X1...it was overdue for a diagnostic, and needed a lot of maintenance. Koorosh was very compassionate and not judgmental but clearly cared very much that my car needed care (and a wash!). To all the ladies I know who hate going to car shops because of the fear of not understanding cars and repair work....this place is GREAT! Koorosh explained a lot and shared a lot of photos, not in a bad way, but in a way that makes sense and gives you confidence of what and why you're paying for the service. I loved getting videos while my car was in the shop showing me an issue with the ac they found, they shared various ways they were measuring and finding issues that helped me to decide how much work was worth it. The repairs were done so fast and I can feel a huge improvement in the cars performance. I'm now excited to take my car back for more routine care.

I've had many mechanics in the past, but none have matched Koorosh's passion and love for what he does. He's also not out to take advantage of us who do not know much about cars. His staff is also exceptional. I found his shop in many ways far superior to many dealer service depts. Lastly, while not cheap his prices are reasonable and well worth it.

So very impressed and also grateful for SF European and its owner Koorosh. Koorosh restored my completely lost faith in anything resembling service or just plane humility when dealing with automotive repair in this town. Part of me felt like I'd gone back in time, truly great experience and I will definitely be back and refer friends. The irony of being across the street from BMW SF, also known as the WORST BMW dealership on Mother Earth, makes it even better. Thank you SF European.
