      What a pleasant change from most other cab companies in San Francisco that SF Green Cab has polite dispatchers, speedy service, clean cabs (that aren't smoky) and friendly drivers who take you the most expedient route.

      You can't ask for better service.

      SF Green Cab is tops.

      From SFO to Fremont.. cost me total $162.05..The driver also took a wrong route and wandered around in local then finally drove onto freeway...Will never ever take green cab again due to their crazy rate.........

      Awesome system, prompt, Much cheaper then uber and Lyft!! Highly recommend and will not use uber or lyft.
      Green can/yellow cab are now like small business which i prefer.

      Horrible driver and service. He picked us up from the airport and as he started driving, he began spraying something on his phone and stealing wheel simultaneoysly as he is pulling out of a congested area on to the freeway. He was using one thumb to maneuver the steering wheel. I had two kids in the car with me and asked him to keep his hands on the wheel. He got offended and then put his other arm up on the passenger side head rest the entire drive so I couldn't see his badge number. He was driving poorly the whole trip. I called the green cab SF number to report this and after being on hold for about 10 minutes, the call was dropped. Redialed and same thing - no one picks up and I got disconnected a second time after being on hold! Unacceptable, unsafe, and not to mention filthy cab! No wonder people prefer Lyft and Uber!

      Uodare: After many attempts to get in touch with a manager, I explained what had happened and the driver was spoken to. I was assured this will not happen again.

      The ride was better than expected. The driver listened to my request and made suggestions as to where I should stay for the night. I took his suggestions and we were able to find a hotel that was well worth the price and not a dive motel wanting $250 deposit.

      WTF SMH How in the hell are you busy on a Friday at 11am? you make me wait 20 minutes I called back they said it's gonna be another 20 who the hell has 40 minutes to wait??? Up your game or you going be left in the dust. Have better service especially in San Francisco because You have Uber and lift people are going stop using cab service because u guys hv bad service.

      Had a cab ride early morning (2:30amPST) from the SFO airport that I am not very happy with. The Drive was number 0440.

      ( I initially took an UBER from my home to SFO on 10/6/17 that cost me $48.00 with tip. Great rate. )

      I land at SFO that got delayed due to the fires at 2:17AM PST. The last thing I wanted to worry about was transportation home. Due to the time and location where baggage claim is, the taxi line was right outside the door. I hopped in the first one for I am not able to choose my taxi, they make you go to the front of the line. I get in the Green Cab. I tell the driver my address. I explain you will go 80 E to 24 Walnut Creek Exit to 680 North to Pleasant Hill exit. He said OK and to put it into his iPhone. The directions come up and we are off. Under his breathe he mentioned some kind of fee. I didn't hear what or how much but at this point after a almost 5 hour flight delay, I just wanted to get home. I fall asleep due to the time and wake up with the driver that completely missed the exit off of 80 east. He takes me a roundabout route tacking on more hours and now more pay.

      So finally get to my home and he totals the bill to be a whopping $272.34 ($145.95 "fare" + 4.00 "extra" + 77.00 "tolls" + $45.39 "tip")!! OUTRAGEOUS. Especially when I took an UBER that only cost me $48 to get there!! How can that be????? My company will not reimburse me for this cost and I am requesting this charge be reduced. Unacceptable.

      Average cab ride with this distance with 15% tip is closer to $130.96 not $272.34. Unreal!

      Reconsider this company.

      I've contacted them 3 times without a response. I will be refuting the credit card charge.

      This just happened at west portal at 330 pm. This cab driver saw me patiently waiting and signaling for a parking space. What does he do? He blocks my space to drop off a fare while holding up traffic, a muni train, me, and multiple cars. He tried to at first barge into the space when a restaurant owner politely yold him I had been waiting for the space.
      I tell him why couldn't he just move up and drop off the fare instead of holding up everyone? Incredibly selfish and a hostile person verbally attacking me!
      DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE! RUTHLESS DRIVERS WITH NO MANNERS

      I echo all of the other positive reviews about this cab service. Professional, prompt, friendly conversationalist, and they're environmental-friendly. Come on, what more could one ask for in a cab service?

      I made my reservation for pickup to take me from my hotel back to SFO a few hours in advance of when I needed to leave, and about five minutes before the arranged pickup time I got a phone call from my cab driver informing me that he was parked across the street. A cabbie that's -early-?! Inconceivable!

      It's a good thing that a friend recommended that I reserve a cab in advance. Apparently it's extremely challenging to flag down a cab in downtown SF during the evening rush hour and on top of that, catch a cabbie willing to go out of the way to SFO. My driver made a similar point of stating that I was quite wise to pre-arrange transportation, because I would have likely had a severe challenge in finding it on the fly. I'm all about absorbing wisdom from those who know better than me, what can I say?

      Holy shit!

      Okay...

      First I made a reservation on the Webcabby web site. It started sending me errors back. Stupid .asp web sites. Anyway, the e-mail I received in confirmation stated there was a reservation number I could reference, but when I checked it on the site it said no reservation. So I assumed it didn't work. I even sent in a support ticket in regard sto the issue.

      So that day I call into Green Cab, it got the most decent reviews out of all the cab companies it seemed.

      The guy seemed pleasant enough, he just stated, "We don't do reservations or call aheads. Call 10 minutes before you need the cab at your complex." *click* - I thought, okay he must be busy...I'm sure being a dispatcher is crazy especially during rush hour. So whatever - I brushed it off.

      The next morning I called 10 minutes before I needed the cab (just as I was instructed to do the night prior). The guy was huffy then he starts typing and says, "Is this Sara? Um you do realize you sent in a reservation for such and such time." I said "Oh it sent me back errors and the confirmation number didn't work so I didn't think it made the reservation." He gets TICKED and says "WELL! Do you want it NOW?! OR WHAT?!" He sounded like he was on the verge of screaming at me. Wow. I've never been treated so rudely in my life.

      I said, "Now please."

      His response was, "K FINE, be outside!" and hung up on me.

      The cab driver on the other hand was very polite. We actually took a short cut to a different place closer to where I needed to go.

      I'll probably wave a Green Cab again, but I'll never use their dispatching service. EVER.

      I bet the cranky ass dispatcher sits on Yelp! and reads these reviews and gives himself roid rage to prep for the oncoming calls for the day.
