Wow!!! Excellent customer service and quality of plants! We contacted SF Plants and the owner Mark answered. We were searching for a special birthday gift of a lemon tree. Mark was amazing! He went above and beyond to fill our order. He was so nice on the phone and said he'd seen one at his nursery the day before and offered to go back for us. He did, sent a text with photo and then shopped many other places for a planter to put the tree in. All the while staying in contact with my sister Nancy. Mark had one day to find and deliver and he really came through and made the birthday a super surprise. It is packed with Meyer lemons!!! A beautifully thriving healthy tree!! . We highly recommend SF Plants for the best customer service and quality!!!

This shop is pretty great with a huge not overwhelming selection. A cool dude named John helped me out. He helped me pick out 3 budget friendly low maintenance plants, 3 pots, and some education about plants, maintenance, and was a generally pleasant guy.

I'll definitely be stopping by again when I'm ready to grab more plants. He even watered the ones I picked out. They take American Express/Apple Pay too which is super convenient.

Accidentally found this store on my way to my hotel! What a wonderful store! It is enormous! They have two different sections. Accessed by stairs, i'm not sure if its wheelchair accessible. I love how big it is, and all the options they offer. If I didn't live so far away I would have purchased more plants. I purchased a succulent and a tote bag. If you live in the area or are in town I recommend checking it out! I will be coming back next time i'm in the area.

I like buying from small locally owned stores. This one has a good selection & friendly knowledgeable staff. Make sure to go upstairs, there are some gems up there on a second floor.

I bought a small plant & some soil & they answered many more questions than the value of my purchase. Found a plastic pot I'd had a hard time finding & threw it in. Will be back!

This place is HUGE!!! 2 floors of beautiful plants. Let's start off with JOHN! He was amazing!!! Helped us find the money plant we've been wanting and explained how to take care of it throughly!! I meant answered every single question we had!! Also helped us found a great pot to go with it. We didn't get the girls name but she was so nice!!!! She played with our dog, it was so cute. Then she explained how to measure the water very thoroughly as well. Everyone was so nice and our experience was amazing! We will def be back!

Mila is the best!!!! I called SF Plants to see if they had matching palm plants for a housewarming gift. She was very helpful and sent me photos of 2 lovely plants that were reasonably priced. Mila gift wrapped them beautifully and had them delivered the next day. My friend LOVED them!

SF Plants is my 'go-to' for plants. Period. Mark and Dino are the reasons I am a repeat customer. Why?
- wide variety of plants, many that look like pieces of art!
- they take excellent care of their plants, I know I'm leaving with a heathy plant (but you have to provide consistent care to them e.g. watering, level of sunlight, etc.) for them to continue thriving. I learned that the hard way).
- Mark, Dino and their team are very helpful, thoughtful, and patient! I pepper them with many questions. I'm surprised they don't run away when they see me arriving. Half the time I'm just stopping by to look at their beautiful plants (and pepper them with questions haha).

After visiting several other of the go-tos, SF Plants was by far the best. They were patient with my specific needs and incredibly warm. Atter days of searching, I bought my first (ever) plant a few weeks ago and just bought my second.

There aren't many yelp spot with perfect 5 star reviews, but SF Plants deserves it. Super nice and knowledgeable stuff, and an enormous collection of beautiful plants, at least some I bet you've never seen before. Do make this your next stop for all things flora.
