Responsive, professional and personable! I contacted Matt about a future need and he uncovered an issue with our present trust that would have cost me a large amount of $ and financial and personal security. He cleared his commitments to expedite the changes. He not only met his commitment, he was able to provide me with a draft to review in advance of our signature. So glad we found Matt to help my parents with their trust and other matters. He is super helpful and professional at all times. We had a couple free video meetings where he was super helpful at guiding us to best make the decisions that needed to be made before we even signed a contract or compensated him for his time. I can't thank Matt enough for assisting my parents with answering some questions about their trust and updating their DPOA documentation. We were left in a bind because the estate attorney who prepared their trust had passed away, and the attorney who took over the practice told us she was too busy to help us. It seemed as most estate attorneys were only interested in clients that wanted a new trust set up, and not in a client with questions on an existing trust. Matt listened carefully to all of our questions, reassured all of us, and provided advice...all during our free consultation. He was wonderful in working to fit us in quickly, even accommodating a meeting outside of normal business hours to work with our schedule. I would give him more stars if possible, and will definitely be working with him to prepare my own trust.
