Shaffer's Offroad And Performance

Great service! I had Shaffer's install a lift kit on my Tacoma and they were great throughout the process. Annie handles emails and was willing to answer all my questions in advance before I put a dollar down. Mike runs the shop and was very knowledgable and detailed.

I had to return not long after the install to have them investigate a noise I was hearing. They took the time to perfect everything and happily rode along with me to make sure everything was dialed.

I just had the team at Shaffer's upgrade my truck. I had them put a new upper a-arm, heavier springs all around, added front and rear lockers, regeared the rear dif, upgraded the steering rack to a tundra rack, new axle shafts, and installed the C4 body mount relocation kit.

My experience was amazing Annie was super helpful, very responsive and made the whole experience very easy. I have spent years upgrading my truck and have delt with several off road shops these guys knocked it out of the park definitely would recommend them!!!!!.

The first couple jobs I had done by Mike and his team were suspension upgrades from a Dobinsons nitro to a full MRR kit and upgraded springs. They did a great job in a timely fashion, too. The second was a full rear window delete/swap to gull wings on a 100-series Land Cruiser/LX470, also a tailgate storage swap. This was uncharted territory since there aren't many out there, but they did a great job.

Most recently I had to do a wheel and tire swap. I had gotten 5 wheels, but 4 tires, so I bought one Falken Wildpeak AT3W from them while the truck was in the shop and everything went smoothly. We noticed bc I had an old wheel spacer on there, the tire was rubbing, but Mike knew by taking off the spacer we could easily resolve that. A walk in the park.

For anyone looking to get some work done on their overlanding or 4x4 vehicle, Shaffer's does great work and are easy to work with.

I am extremely picky on who I let to work on my truck and Mike and his team is probably the very few that I trust them with my truck. Annie always goes over and beyond when it comes to communication! Make no mistake, these people actually go out there wheeling unlike most other shops that only install goodies but have almost no experience when it comes to wheeling. Highly recommend Shaffer's!

I want to thank Annie and the team for the last minute work on my Tacoma. Work is high quality and communication is great through email/SMS as they work and update you. Had an issue with UCA ball joints that needed to be ordered last minute since not part of original job. Annie somehow was able to get it shipped overnight and completed the job with one extra day before my Father's day trip. I've had previous work done before they moved to this location and seems like nothing has changed but just a bit further, worthwhile drive. Thank you so much.

Best honest shop around. I appreciate there work. They do a good job and the most important part they are HONEST. I have had bad experiences with shops being dishonest. Annie is very nice and responsive if she doesn't know or the answer she finds out. She does an amazing job making sure to ask you all the questions you never thought to ask yourself. Alex is great as well he even helped me with the drop off my truck when Annie was out of town even tho it isn't his job. I appreciate the team effort this shop has really makes you feel valued as a customer.

Long story short, I'm a returning customer. There's a reason for that. Shaffer's Offroad and Performance knows the industry well. I recently crashed my truck and Mike, Annie and team sourced my parts and had me back on the road in no time. We all know worldwide logistics is a nightmare right now but somehow the team at Shaffer's knows how to get the parts they need fast. They replaced my steering rack, lower control arms, spindle/gusset, bumper, lights and much more.

Had them install my new nitro gears. Easy to communicate with, friendly, great at what they do. I would highly recommend the shop.

Can't speak highly enough about this shop. This is my third time going there. This time was for installation of 3 inch lift coils and front steering components. Absolute world class service. Five of five stars and highly recommended.

I will never take my rig anywhere else. Shaffer's has done most of the work on my 2018 Tacoma Long Bed. I am currently having the Steering Rack, spindles replaced and spindle gussets added before a 2 week trip into Canada. Shaffer's went out of their way to go over the whole truck and noticed some pretty major issues with the bed "falling off" they aren't supposed to do that! Also two cracked body mount relocation kit and worn out bushings. Things that would not have lasted the 2 weeks and caused me to go into the witness protection program if my entire truck bed fell the F@/k off. These repairs were not planed and they are doing everything they can to make sure my truck is ready to go in a weeks time.

Great shop to work with and the people are awesome. I recently broke my front suspension coil springs. Called shops around but only Schaffer's (despite being busy) found the time to speak to me, took my truck and fixed/replaced the coil springs ASAP. Special thanks to Annie who is always great to deal with. I took my truck here for a re-gear a few years ago and the customer service has always been top notched. I hope nothing else breaks with my truck, but it's comforting to know that Schaffer's will always have my back!!
