Shell Gas

If I could give 0 stars I would this happened on 8/28/16 at about 10 pm with the night clerk as well

If you live in the south side DO NOT pump gas from the Shell on 31st and Damen. I was pumping gas and all the gas started spilling from a break the pump and the hose had. There was no broken pump sign and the gas wouldn't stop and kept charging me. As soon as I got it to stop I went inside to speak with the attendant and he just nodded his head. I asked for a refund since the gas I paid for was eaten up by the floor. Which mind you is super dangerous considering there is a puddle of fucken gas just chilling there!!!!! He said I was the first customer to complain about this so too bad. I asked him to get up himself and pump my gas to see that I was telling the truth and he said no and he wouldn't give me a refund since he had no "refund button". Are you kidding me?!?! Do I seriously look that dumb??? I told him this was called stealing and extremely poor customer service and he said it was not his problem. There was a similar incident where my dad went once and the machine was already charging his card and there was no gas pumping and after a heated argument my dad finally got his money back....so save yourself a headache and do not got there.

The Night Shift clerk at this Shell , is by far the Most Ignorant Man alive. Never Greets customers, never says thank you, always makes faces as well. We scratched off a $100 winner yesterday, so when we asked him to cash it in , he looked at me and said no money. The jerk didn't even check the register!!! This damn Gas Station only got 1 Star cause it is very close to my home. So Mr. Night Shift Man find a new Job, cause you got worse customer service skills then Hitler at a showing of Schindlers List.
