I have no problem with this station. Prices are reasonable, considering no gas prices are reasonable in San Francisco. There are two entrances & exits, new pumps, a convenience store that sells fried chicken, spiffy car wash, & the world's best attendant.
Not sure what happened this visit to the soap & squeegee stations. Shell usually has the cleanest soap, water & squeegees.

I was actually there twice today, unfortunately, once to fill up my son's car with my son and once to fill up my car. I only go here because I have Shell rewards.

The first time we were accosted by a tweaker who just started washing the windshield without permission, then he asked us FOR TEN DOLLARS.

The second time, there was a carful of tweakers hanging out and harrassing people for money, and/or waiting to rob unsuspecting folks of their wallets while they were pumping gas.

Either get some security or you are going to lose a LOT more customers. I am not going there anymore.

They mark prices in the store, but mark them up at the register but when you say something they act like you're a Karen.

Theres a new Asian guy working.
#1 he wont let you get your loop points while purchasing cuz he doesn't care
#2 his manners are the worse ever if u are trying to get ur purchased items he will just backhand them to you and say ok ok go. Instead of sorry as a provider.
#3 if u have a car wash issue he will not try to help u.
#4 I saw the guy getting training but I guess he doesn't care about what he's doing.
I will never recommend this gas station for anything.... the worse part is I live right across the street from this place. I will much rather go to 7 11 one block down. It's cheaper and u dont get the bad treatment from this guy. Overall I will never visit this place and pay their expensive gas prices

Located at the nexus of the universe where Bernal, Mission, Noe, and 280 collide is this pricey gas station with a pretty old auto-car wash that barely works...yet people still come here because location is everything when you're in a car and don't wanna drive somewhere else.

***BUYER BEWARE*** CHECK THE MILEAGE BEFORE YOU GET OUT AND DON'T DRIVE OFF UNTIL YOU SEE THE GAS ACTUALLY WENT INTO THE CAR. I paid for gas watched the numbers count and I got into my car drove off and hey NO EXTRA GAS! Carlos the sucky attendant sucks he needs to be fired ASAP all he did was reprint the receipt I told him "it doesn't matter if it says it pumped the gas never went into my car he told me "that's your problem, call the police" I will be posting this everywhere. CARLOS NEEDS TO BE FIRED

Worst gas experience ever. Their pump wasn't working but wasn't labeled. I went inside to tell them and they totally disregarded what I had to say. Their machine charged my card several times incorrectly. Absolutely horrific customer service.

I have a Prius, 10 gallon tank. It usually costs me $15-20 to fill my tank on empty. They took $55 for a $15 purchase and held it hostage!
BTW, I chose CREDIT!
I was furious and when I entered the store the rude ? attendant? Was stuffing her face and said I don't have "nothin to do bout that lady". I called BULLSHIT and suddenly my money reappeared in my account after threatening to call corporate!
ABSOLUTE THIEVES. ILL NEVER, EVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Was running out of gas in San Francisco and decided to pull in to get some gas . I have an older sports car which uses 91 premium gas . I can count the number of times On one hand the number of times I've used non premium fuel for this car . I was told they neither had premium or mid level range (85) , only 81 was available which was super weird to me . I decided that since I was in a pinch I would use their gas . Shortly after my check engine light came on and now my car is parked in my garage barely able to be driven . This is the lowest quality of gas I've ever put in my car to the point that it's not drivable till I probably clean the vehicle gas tank with Techron. If you have a newer car you should be fine but yeah beware if your car is older

DONOT!!!! Use their car wash!!!!. Brought my new car here to get washed left with an entire car that now needs a paint job because the bristles had something stuck on them and dented my hood and scratched the entire car. I came back the next day (after noticing the damage) only to be told that "no one else reported damage" I filed a report with them to submit to the corporation that owned the car wash just to wait a month and find out they never sent it in. After going back and forth with the company that owns the wash for two months. They finally sent a person out to view the damage on the car. The appraisal guy said "this was definitely from the car wash" sent his photos in, and the insurance company declined the claim because again. No one else reported damage that day. I'm now having to go through my insurance to go after them. 3 month ordeal for a 10 dollar wash that didn't clean anything to begin with.
