Joseph did an amazing job - quick, efficient, thorough explanation. I was skeptical at first though. He has an atypical service. But in the end, he was incredibly straightforward, I didn't feel taken like some shops do.
Cost was silly cheap, workmanship excellent.
Did brake pad and rotor replacement x 4 on a 2012 Infiniti QX56 SUV.
Everything was transparent - highly recommend.

I have spent the last two years searching for a reliable capable skilled mechanic. I have had window/door issues and axle issues with my car. After several less reputable establishments failed to permanently fix these issues and sometimes even made them worse. A lot of inferior parts and labor have unfortunately consumed my time and money during this search.

Joseph replaced my axle with a quality part and scrunched his hands into a blind pocket in my door, so that my lock functioned properly. On his first visit he was able to diagnose the problems rather quickly, charged me an hour for the labor to diagnose the issue. Then he ordered parts, came back and knocked out both repairs in about 90 minutes even though the door was not an easy fix.

If you are looking for a reliable, polite, honest, and reasonably priced mechanic give him a try. I could not possibly speak any higher of his abilities. What a great mechanic. Thank you!

I found my go to mechanic. Joseph is prompt at returning calls, friendly, very informative, and most important and outstanding mechanic. I had him replace the clutch and flywheel in mine Nissan. The price he quoted me is the price I paid. No upsell, haggling, unexpected charges or any of that other BS that some mechanics are famous for. I recently relocated to the San Mateo area and I am very hesitant, with good reason, when I try to find a new mechanic to work on my vehicles. Joseph is it. The mechanic that I want working on my vehicles now. He does it all, in fact, I've already scheduled my next diagnosis with him.

Joseph is awesome. Currently he offers mobile mechanic services and I am happy with the results. He communicates well and his rates are great. He replaced all 4 brake rotors, brake pads and EVAP canister. The most important part of this experience is he is genuine, upfront and honest. I will continue to use his services and I highly recommend him.

Joseph followed through on the first smaller project in which there was already a diagnosis done. The second time, he diagnosed a catalytic issue. With a plan set... he left me waiting half a day. I had to call him and then it sounded like he didn't have the time after all? Ultimately, he just did not follow-thru at all? Totally disrespected my time. Response Note: his response doesn't even make sense?

Amazing service. Knocked off my door mirror and he was able to help source a replacement part and install it. Great same day service and it looks like new!

Joseph was very professional during the entire process. He was quick to respond to my request for a brake pad and oil change and scheduled a time to do so. He texted me the day of to let me know he was running a little behind schedule which was fine for me. When he showed up he inspected the pads and rotors and told me that the rotors were fine and just the pads needed to be changed. He completed the job in a timely manner and I appreciated how he explained everything to me. Will use his services again when needed!

Although the issue with my car didn't reappear during Joseph's inspection, he thoroughly examined it and provided valuable advice.
