This is a fantastic spot for flavorful Thai cuisine at very reasonable prices. We visited on a Friday evening and encountered a bit of a wait, which is a testament to the restaurant's popularity. It was clear that the place was buzzing with activity, and there were a lot of take-out orders being prepared.

Despite the wait, the experience was well worth it. We shared a few dishes, and each one exceeded our expectations. The Khao Soi was comforting and rich, reminiscent of the curry mee from my elementary school days in Malaysia. The Crab Fried Rice was generously packed with crab meat and perfectly seasoned, offering great flavor and texture. The Eggplant Basil was tender and flavorful, adding a nice touch of spice to the meal.

The portion sizes were generous, making it an excellent value for the money. If you're in Cupertino and craving Thai food, Siam Station is definitely worth a visit--just be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially on busy evenings.

      4.4/5 stars
I really enjoy visiting this restaurant when I'm looking for affordable, tasty Thai dishes. I would say the room layout is spacious enough, and I love the interior design with the dark wood! There's a tablet to join the waitlist right at the entrance, but you may also join it on Yelp. You can choose your protein for certain items and the spice level, as well. I went with my sister and my boyfriend, and we had four items total:

      1) Pad Thai 5/5: I would rank this as my favorite item here that I'd reorder next time. The noodles are cooked well and there's a slight sourness that balances with the sweetness, which is the flavor I prefer when it comes to this dish. To some, it may be a bit too sweet, but I love it.

      2) Pineapple Fried Rice 4.5/5: This is my second choice because I enjoy the combination of the raisins and cashews with the rice. The different textures are great! There's curry powder in this fried rice, so this could be something to note for those who may not prefer it, but I thought it blended nicely with the pineapple. Our plate only had two shrimps, however, they were quite large and plump!

      3) Yellow Curry with Rice 4.3/5: I loved this curry because it was thick and creamy. The coconut shines through and it was packed with flavor. It is on the saltier side, but the rice that comes with it helps to tone it down. What I would hope is different if I ordered it next time would be the potatoes, they didn't seem to be cooked through all the way and I expected them to be softer.

      4) Pad Kee Mow 4/5: I liked this dish, but it wouldn't be my top choice to reorder the next time. Based off others I've tried, I prefer it to be a tiny bit more saucy and garlicky. Nevertheless, the noodles were also prepared deliciously with some chewiness to them.

Super delicious food! We had a large order of pad thai, pad see ew, some green beans, garlic broccoli, and the red and yellow curries. All excellent in flavor!

The only down side is that we ordered fried rice, and they forgot it. But we will return here!

Lots of parking right outside the restaurant but no outdoor seating. The place is tight and seemed busy even at non peak hours which shows how popular it is.
You are welcomed by friendly staff as you wait by the cool decor and promptly taken to a well-laid out table with clean and stylish cutlery,

The menu is vast and interesting. The food comes pretty quickly and the servers know the drill. In $53 (before tip), we got:
      - M4 garlic pepper (medium spicy) - 5/5 for $16 our choice of protein was chicken which was perfectly spiced and laid on a bed of steamed veggies as promised. It doesnt come with rice so we ordered a side of rice for $2
      - green curry (mild; chicken) - 5/5 huge portion size and absolutely delicious :) definitely order this one!! It does come paired with steamed rice
      - potstickers 2/5 not worth $8 for 7 pcs. Skip it.
      - thai iced tea 5/5 perfectly made thai iced tea which is not too sweet and decently priced at $5

Loved everything about it except that they dont keep any fresh juice and were out of coconut juice too

This place would've gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the mango sticky rice, so if you don't care about dessert definitely go. The mango sticky rice was not bad, just underwhelming, the rice didn't seem cooked enough and so it lacked the nice squishy mouth feel or warm sticky rice with the cool coconut sauce and mangoes. The prik king though was fantastic. We got medium spicy and it was spiced well. The green beans were cooked to perfection and could've been a dish in their own. It went really well with rice.

Inside the service was good. We got our food surprisingly fast and the waiters are attentive. No complaints about the seating inside. The cutlery is cute and there is a decent amount of spots.

This was a good find when we were craving some Thai food. All food tasted good with well balanced flavors and spice levels (medium). We could tell the vegetables were quite fresh too. We got the Green Curry, Pad Kee Mow, Basil Fried Rice for our mains. The mango sticky rice for dessert was a great finish.

I appreciate the restaurant explicitly stating some dishes cannot be made vegetarian. I do wish they found some alternatives to cater to patrons that might want to order and try food that currently cannot be made vegetarian.

The only downside was the service. The place gets busy, but quite often we were left asking for attention.

As of the writing of this review, you can get in line for a table using Yelp so that you don't have to wait a while when you arrive.

I personally believe that Siam station is the undisputed king of Thai food in South Bay. Every other Thai place I've been, there's always something that could be change, but no comment on this place.

The curry was creamy, coconuty and sweet, and I chose the yellow one because it's not as spicy.

      I definitely recommend!

Great food! It is a little less crowded during the day as well.

Sticky mango rice for what it was, was a little pricey.

THE CURRY flavor of the fried rice was amazing though it would have been great if we could adjust the spice too.

The Siam station had a nice kick to it with the solid crispy pork.

Love the feel of the place too. It's a dark and woody vibe to it.

I've been here twice, once for dine-in and once for take out.

They're located in a pretty popular plaza so parking can be sort of difficult depending on the time of day.

Take out is pretty simple, though it seems like the online ordering system charges a dollar more than the menu price in store. I ordered online and my order was ready in 30 minutes. There were 2 parties seated inside a little before 5 on a Tuesday.

I just went to the service counter and collected my order.

The chicken pad see ew was nice, smokey, medium spicy was perfect for me. Good portion? All the flavors were there. Chicken was a bit dry, I wish they used dark meat instead of white meat.

For dine-in, we came on a Friday around 6 so of course there was a huge wait. We joined the waitlist on the tablet and waited maybe 30 minutes to be seated? Service was great and I got the pork pad see ew that time which was delicious. My dining companion had the potstickers and thai tea and enjoyed their meal. I definitely had leftovers.

I would absolutely recommend this spot for both dine in and takeout, but not sure I'd want to wait 30 minutes for a table next time.
