Spoiler alert: this review has nothing to do with juice and everything to do with 1 unforgettable acai bowl!

I hail from Houston, but my soul is pretty universal. In lieu of Texas bbq or Whataburger, I generally prefer a good avo toast, bahn mi, miso soup, shishito pepper snack, green juice or...you guessed it...açaí bowl.

Imagine my surprise when I realized I could find one at the airport. To be fair, I believe there are two places you can find an acai bowl at the San Fran airport. The first is Joe and the Juice, and the second, Sidewalk juice. Although I cannot speak to the bowls offered at Joe and the Juice, I can say that both the selection and price of those offered at Sidewalk Juice were phenomenal. They offer various bowl types in one and one size option only, and while I cringed at the idea of a $20 airport acai bowl, the product I received was HUGE, atleast 2 servings, generous with the toppings, and the biz allowed customized substitutions without charging me a fee.

They have a little seating area behind the storefront with floor to ceiling windows, and on a beautiful day, it provides a refreshing alternative to the traditional airport terminal hustle and bustle.

While this one may not be everyone's fresh squeeze, it was certainly worth the visit for this particular visit!

After a long day of travel I was craving something fresh and fairly healthy and an açaí bowl was what my heart was set on.
After a quick google search and a long walk from concourse D to F I was very satisfied to see they had multiple options and were made fresh.
They had tables along 3 sides that were not very busy so i sat there and watched out the windows.
Service wasn't much but I didn't have a high standard for a quick service at an airport.
Just what I needed to get me through my last flight!

Honestly really good smoothie option at the SFO airport!! I got the OMG smoothie (has peanut butter and pitaya and it's a gorgeous pink color) and it was so good. Didn't taste overly sweet or artificial, and had a really nice peanut butter flavor. Overall just felt super fresh and healthy!

The service was quick and the workers were friendly. They have lots of seating nearby which is very convenient. This place is a local chain in SF so I'm happy to see that the quality here is just as good.

Would definitely come back to try their açaí bowls and more!

I always stop here when I'm in SFO for my layovers and the employees are nonstop helpful. So nice & very hard at work, whether it's slow or a busy line of people who've just landed at the nearest gate.

The seating can be hit or miss, but usually there's a table open since most customers are on the move to their next gate area. It's a louder setting being next to the walkway and other food spots but that's just your typical airport-level noise.

The food tastes very fresh and healthy, and I love the amount of options available! Whether you need a caffeine boost, want to sit and have a bite, or just feel like having a healthier meal while on the go, sidewalk juice is always a great choice.

      Ok, that was surprisingly good.
Legit fruit in a BlendTec, clean and fresh.

Just one size, $12 or so, filling. Quick enough for between flights

The other place was mixing powder flavors... skip that.

A had a little time to grab a quick bite while connecting here at SFO before I was off to my next destination. I was dealing with a stomach pains from my flight and was looking for something light. Sidewalk Juice was the perfect place for me. They had a nice selection of juices and smoothies to choose from.

They are called Sidewalk Juice because they got their start from selling juices from a window of a tiny leased place in San Francisco. This location is located in Terminal 3. My Blueberry Almond smoothie was delicious and fresh and just what I needed for the day.

Great option for a quick, healthy bite at the airport. Generous portions for airport food, Sidewalk Juice is one of my go-to destinations at SFO for food.

Love the sandwiches and they also have smoothies and juices. The highlight, however, is the service. Very warm and friendly, not always something you expect at the airport.

I was craving for the ACAI bowl and happened to be at the airport, THANKFULLY this spot popped up!

Their Acai bowl is PACKED with a topping/Acai ratio 2:1 I typically love toppings but this was a little TOO much-- especially when I added my Cacao nibs and almond butter.

Anyways, I definitely recommend y'all stop by and grab a bowl when you're craving one at the airport.

I just wanted an iced tea, but all they have is bottle unsweetened tea. I was pleasantly surprised that it was pretty good. The staff was able to move the line quickly and even asked if I wanted a cup of ice for that. Perfect.

Great option when at the airport. The food seemed pricey but the portions were huge and food was great. I ordered a sandwich with chicken and avocado. They only had multigrain bread as an option but it was delicious. Also tried the berry smoothie and it was also great. Seemed like popular flavor. We also grabbed a to go Caesar salad. Great amount of toppings.

Food was made quickly but service was a bit confusing. You pick up food on th back counter after ordering. Smoothies on one side and good on the other.

They had lots of seating behind the stand as well so you can enjoy your food there before walking to your gate.
