Simple Pest Management

This is the first time I have hired pest control and the experience so far has been wonderful! I recently started seeing ants making there way into my home and thought it was time to get a professional involved. I received quotes from a couple of companies and Simple stood out to me for the level of customer service they seemed to provide even just in the initial message they sent me and the follow up call. They came out for the first treatment the next day and the man who came out was nice and efficient. He introduced himself to me then quickly started knocking down all the spiderwebs and thoroughly spraying the perimeter. I'm on the quarterly plan so they'll be back next month to spray again, then on repeat every 3 months. So far I'm happy with the decision and glad to be working with them! And no ants so far!

I called about 3-4 times with different questions and each time I spoke to Rob he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and treated me with dignity. I'd called quite a few other companies and Simple Pest Management was the best fit! I was able to get an appointment less than 12 hours later. Jon was the service tech and let me just say, he is TOP NOTCH!! He explained everything that he was going to spray and found the source of where these bathroom moths were coming from. It was driving me crazy! He took his time and also got all the spider webs down. I even had questions afterwards and he responded very quickly by text. I am very happy with who I chose to go with. 10 star experience with the Simple Pest Management team. We had an "uninvited" visitor in our pantry who helped him or herself to my favorite Thai tea leaves, and strange looking bugs in our garage. I panicked and immediately launched the Yelp app to get some help. I read a few reviews and decided to work with Simple Pest and I'm so glad I did. I requested a quote via Yelp. Minutes later I received a text stating my case had been assigned to Vanessa. I then received a call minutes later from Vanessa. I explained our issue, Vanessa was very friendly, informative and advised they could manage our problems. We received an appointment within 72 hours (I contacted late Friday; appointment Monday morning, yay!). Vanessa went over the services, cost, and we were all set. Lastly Vanessa told me our technician John, would be in touch on the day of service. John texted before the appointment window which helped me plan my morning. John was very personable, asked a couple questions, provided education and he got to work. I accidentally double booked myself but John quickly offered a solution so our home could be serviced and I keep my appointment. I was so pleased with the professionalism, friendliness, service, service offerings, and despite not wanting unwelcome "guests" in our home, I'm glad Simple Pest will be taking care of us moving forward. I was experiencing some challenges with a rare pantry moth infestation...where? In my pantry. What a pain to deal with. One call to Rob at Simple Pest and Ethan was out the very next day to provide their professional pest control services! Ethan was very knowledgeable and informative. I learned more about Simple Pest Management's services. When discussing a skunk issue, I discovered that they can provide pesticide to control the grubs in the lawn the skunks eat late at night. Who woulda known!? Thanks Ethan for a great job and I highly recommend the professionalism and experience they provide. Solid!!

I don't leave many reviews, but I had to give a shout out to Simple Pest. I've been with this company for a year and am really happy with their pest service, kind employees, responsiveness to email questions, no run-around just solutions-oriented people.

Asa bonus, they even helped me jump start my truck. Pretty rare and kind, I say.

Started off great, they'd spend about 20-30 minutes going through the backyard and making sure to get all the webs and everything out and then as time went on they started lacking care. During our last service the guy came and spent a total of 6 minutes in the front yard and backyard and claims he performed the full service, and I saw my cameras and watched him sit in his car for over 10 minutes doing nothing. There is a lack of responsibility and he started getting rude with us when we came out to ask him if he was done or going to do the inside still. Cancelled and will not be returning to them.

I've contacted Simple Pest Company when my worst nightmare has come true, seeing a roach in the garage! Vanessa replied quickly and was able to schedule their pest control technician out to inspect. When Ethan arrived, he was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable.

The service was conducted on time and in a cordial manner by the technician. There was some initial confusion from the main office but this was worked out and did not impact the appointment scheduled. Thank you Justin!

Ben was our pest control specialist for our first visit.

We recently just moved to the Arden area and moved into an older house that has been vacant since 2020. It goes without saying that work is likely to be needed with elder houses.

Ben was prompt to our scheduled time, sprayed for the pests we had of concern and was efficient and professional. We had our services about a week ago and they sprayed for spiders, moths, and cockroaches. To date we have seen no spiders, have found dead cockroaches around the house and are still hunting down moths grrr.

However we are looking forward to our next spray and to further eliminate the pests in our life. We are also grateful for the price of services
