The store is fairly small, but they make it up in passion and expertise in coral. They sell some fish, but coral is why you would come here. The clerks offer lots of advice.

I didn't buy anything (yet) but the clerks were helping a customer trouble shoot problems with his aquarium at home.

Fun place. Smells like the tropical beach.

Small shop but has a good little selection of corals at a fair price. Everyone is super friendly and always willing to give some suggestions and advice. Definitely worth a stop if your around!

Worst experience in over 30 years in the hobby
Placed a couple of orders on February 17th and got another email from them today may 25th saying they don't have any of my order after 4 months when I was told on March 17th everything was available
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS

They have fair prices when it comes to corals. I wish they will have more variety of marine fish. The store is cleaned and well maintained aquariums. Friendly and attentive employees.
I recommend to support this small aquarium store to everyone .

I came in a couple of weeks ago just as a looky-loo since I was in the area waiting for my girlfriend. I really just came in to look fish and corals to kill time. I never thought about really owning a saltwater setup just because of the maintenance and upkeep. Then came Mark Jackson. Friendly, knowledgable, and funny as hell - he tells me not to worry and showed me some possible options for a beginning reefer.

I went home and brought it up to the gf, and we were back and forth in the shop a few times discussing with Mark on what was right for us and our budget. Come last weekend, he's delivered and set up our Red Sea Max tank upstairs which is currently cycling. He texts to get the status of how it's going and we couldn't be happier.

Now, we're waiting to add fish and corals to the tank.

A genuine guy by the name of Mark got me setup with my 30 gallon saltwater tank the right way and this guy knows his work! Came to my house and set everything up for me to get it going. I highly recommend using Mark from SJReef for all your saltwater needs. Corals, fish, rocks & frags this is the place where you want to go. Thanks again Mark!

Check out their store. It's not big but they have some nice coral and fish. Their customer service is unmatched compared to any store I can think of. It's great to have a quality LFS that can give knowledgeable advice.

I heard they also service freshwater and saltwater tanks at a reasonable rate.

just talked to a girl and she was very rude and told me to "say a prayer" after i asked a question about my fish and it ended up being nothing. so rude.

Went in to buy coral. Picked out a ricordea, was told a price, said I would take it. He picked it out put it in a container and then said oh sorry the price is actually different.

I guess previous reviews are correct, one price for one person a different price for someone else.

Read previous reviews. Disappointed. I'll continue spending my hard earned money at Aquatic Collections in Hayward, they don't raise prices on you in the middle of the sale.

Beware!

Had a great experience at SJreef, I literally went online and bout a Duncan frag online then drove in to pick it up. Norem, cut a frag and packed it up to me while I was there. It's great having a fish store in the Dublin area again, awesome collection of Zoas and SPS. Def going back often!
