After waiting since JANUARY for my downdraft electric cooktop to arrive, I got the call yesterday that it would be delivered today. As soon as I hung up, I put in a request for install on Yelp. I initially sent the message to a different company but Sergei responded very quick and offered an excellent quote!!! Although SK doesn't have many reviews yet, the reviews are great and I'm glad he responded first and was the company to do the install. Sergei is an excellent communicator, professional and he did an EXCELLENT job!!!! He takes his time, makes sure the job is done right and he cleans up after. I will definitely use SK appliance repair again and I will definitely recommend him to family and friends!!!

Sergei was prompt to reply to my messages, prompt to schedule my appointment, VERY clean, he even wore cute booties over his shoes (which looked like nice shoes btw!). He took the time to send me photos of the project since I wasn't there to see it happen in person. Very transparent. I appreciate that.
He did a great job, was fast, thorough, and pleasant! I felt like I paid a lot, but I'm rarely in this market so I don't have much comparison, and frankly for the excellent work he did I feel like it was worth the expense. Sergei is responsive, fast, and thorough. He has an excellent eye for detail and did his best to repair our fridge in a number of ways, explaining things as he went (when I asked). We've been looking for a repair specialist in Woodland, and I'm very happy to have found SK. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Sergei did an outstanding job fixing my leaking refrigerator. He gave me an honest quote over the phone and managed to schedule the repair within 24 hours. Although he had to order a part and come back the following day, he kept me informed throughout the process. Sergei was very professional and honest, and his service was fast and clean. I have a dual zone wine refrigerator and one zone was not cooling. I put in the Yelp request and Sergei responded almost immediately with availability the same day. His diagnostic fee was very reasonable, and he was able to repair it on the spot. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and quick response.
