A quick review.

I called James (today is Saturday, btw) to discuss a minor electrical problem. Without hesitation, he confirmed that he can come tomorrow (Sunday). Impressive.

Numerous contractors in Victoria leave the impression that the client's concerns rank right up there - just behind theirs. They either cannot possibly provide service until some future date or for some other reason.

Not so James.

I suspect I will be pleased by other aspects of his service when he repairs my minor electrical problem tomorrow.

First to Review
James came and gave me a quote for a residential service upgrade. He was thoughtful and professional and quick! His price was within 5% of the other quote I got. Ultimately I chose the other contractor simply because he was the first one through the door, but I had no reservations with hiring James.
