Words cannot express how happy I am with this business. If I could give this place a 10 star, I would!! I've been having car problems all year and the last thing I wanted to do was fix another issue with my car window. I opened my window and the car window came down completely and would not roll up. Based on my conversation with a few people - it was most likely a window regulator problem. Upon searching for so many auto shops I couldn't find a place that works on BMWs or works on a BMW for a reasonable price. I never thought about looking for auto glass service.

After a weeks of terrible auto shop experiences mixed with high prices, I started to look on yelp for auto glass services and came about this place. I messaged the business and they responded back within an hour. I told them the situation and the owner asked me if I wanted an original part or aftermarket. I sent him my VIN number and he ordered the part in for me right away. He told me to give him a call and I did and he walked me through what he thought would be the problem. He also told me he highly recommends an OEM (original part) rather than after market because it will break within 6 months.

He gave me a price quote - a lot lower than those in the market. And he told me there were no extra charge for diagnostics. Most places I've called would charge about a $85-150 for diagnostic not including the actual part or service. His price was inclusive of everything - labor, part, tax, etc.

I asked him if he had an appointments for the next day and how long it would take. Little did I know he comes to the customer! This is definitely a GAME CHANGER. For the price he gave me, it included him coming to my house, fixing it before my eyes, and walking me through the process!

He ordered the part for me immediately and showed up the next day.

------Fast forward to the day of service:
He gave me a call /msg me on Yelp to tell me he was 30 min away/outside. He asked for the keys, tested my switch and then told me its most likely the generator. He took a part the car door, and it was so cool being able to see the process happen before my eyes. He also showed me the original part that was mailed from the dealership in Berkeley. He had it in a brand new box, with the address etc.

He was amazing! He also came with a partner that helped him with tools, watch the process, and clean my windows. He told me it would be about 1 hour and he started right away.

He took apart the door and it was so so so cool! I have never seen what the inside of a car door looked like so it was super awesome! He showed me what was wrong with my car - and why it happened etc. He's so informative!

My car battery also died - and he helped me jump start the car!!! Talk about EXCELLENT SERVICE!

His partner helped me clean all my windows on my car at least 3 times each window to make sure it was sparkly. In addition, he also cleaned the inside leather of my car and door panels! While cleaning my windows, he also saw that my windshield wipers were loose and he took out his tools and fixed them for me! He told me it was best to replace them especially because rainy season is coming soon and it's not safe.

He showed me the glass and window, and walked me through it was in the exact same place as it used to be. He also adjusted the window multiple times and told me what he was doing!

Overall I am soo overly satisfied with the service, and highly recommend this business. More often than not, looking for auto shops is a pain. But the owner made the process so easy and so quick. I didn't know it only took 1 hour to fix the whole regulator, and he could come to my house. If I had know, I would have gotten it done so much earlier.

They are so honest and affordable. Evelio has been in the business for over 20 years, and he definitely knows what he's doing. It's so hard to find an honest person these days and a business that is not looking to make huge margins. I cannot stop raving about them, and if you're looking for glass help or regulators, this business is perfect!!!

Living in Oakland, one will experience having their car broken into. That happened to us recently. Our sun roof was broken into.
I reached out to Evelio through Yelp at night after the incident happened and he responded within minutes. He received all the necessary information to locate a replacement and provided me with options.
Evelio came to our home as soon as he had the replacement which was a day later. He went all the way to Sacramento to get the glass!
He did a thorough job including cleaning all the broken glass. He replaced the sun roof and within 45 minutes the car was good to go! I highly recommend Sky Auto Glass.

5-star service! Evelio & his team came to the rescue after a crew of thieves broke into several cars on our block, including my SUV. They broke 2 windows @ 6 am on a Saturday. My neighbors recommended Evelio's service. I called at 7 am, and Evelio gave same day house-call appt (a 2 hour window). His crew arrived on time, cleaned up all the broken glasses, and replaced 2 windows within time promised. Over the phone, Evelio assured me he stocked windows that match the rear window's tint. His staff also showed me the window, ensuring tint-level matched before installing. Pricing was upfront and reasonable. Another neighbor's car window was also smashed and I suggested them to contact Sky Auto Class, which they did. Evelio's crew went to my next door neighbor and replaced their car window. They were also satisfied by the work.

I didn't have to fret over covering the windows while waiting for an avail appt (the following week) at other shops.

Sky Auto Glass responded to my urgent request on a Saturday and met me that afternoon to inspect my chipped windshield. The technicians were friendly, courteous and gave me their honest opinion that the extent of damage was minimal. At the end of the day they saved me a bunch of money, worked quickly and took great care of my car.

My 2nd perhaps 3rd time I've worked with Evelio and his team. Top rate service as always. Amazing communication, extremely prompt, professional, friendly and fast. Highly recommended.

These guys came out to me and replaced the driver side window on my 2017 Mazda CX-5 in under 20 minutes. Fast, communicative, and one of the lower quotes I got for parts and labor in the Bay. Highly recommend if your window gets smashed here in the Town.

As pointed out in many of the reviews here, they were responsive, friendly, and did great work!

The email and phone communication was quick and clear and the slowest part of booking an appointment with them was getting approval from my insurance! And even still, with all that back and forth, it took only about an hour from my initial email to Sky Auto Glass to booking an appointment for *that afternoon* (as opposed to other local auto glass places that only had appointments a few days later in the week).

They came to my house a couple hours later (though they didn't text me in advance to say they were coming even though they said they would). They replaced my shattered rear windshield on my Subaru Forester and did a great job. They said it would take 90 minutes and it took exactly that long! They worked on my car while in my garage and they parked their van in front of my driveway. They did great work and cleaned up everything so I didn't find a single bit of glass in my garage, driveway, or the back of the my car.

I asked them to repair a windshield and sent a photo. They informed me it needed to be replaced. They offered the best price, and came to my location in North Oakland. The car is older and there was rust they had to remove by sanding, cleaning, and using primer to put the windshield in place - no extra charge. They were several hours late and I had to initiate all calls for information. They were exceptionally kind and professional otherwise and their work was amazing.
