If I told you how often I've used the services of this company you'd assume that problems in my home are huge. Thankfully they're not, but stuff happens when you have a few bathrooms, a few showers, landscaping, a water heater, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a kitchen sink. Am I right?

Small Jobs Plumbing has become my go-to plumbing service for the following reasons that I deem very important in choosing to rely repeatedly on the same plumbing service. Namely:

* phone calls are answered by a real person;
* the charge to come out is very reasonable and applicable to the service they're quoting. If you choose not to have Small Jobs do the job, that fee is more reasonable than many others I've encountered;
* most often, they can send someone out the same day I call;
* they keep you updated on when they'll arrive;
* sometimes they'll ask if you prefer a particular worker who may have been at your house before; and
* sometimes you come to rely and trust in at least one of those workers, as I have, and I feel I'm in good hands when that worker is here.

On my most recent experience with Small Jobs, they needed to come out three separate times to fix a small but persistent and elusive leak. I was charged only once for the service call and when I needed them back they were here quickly, understanding that my time and needs were important.

Reliable, reasonable, prompt, efficient, and respectful in prioritizing their customers, I'm never happy when I need a plumber but I am quite happy to have found Small Jobs Plumbing.

Service was quick to book and receive.
The plumber who came over to first look into out sink drip was very knowledgeable and honest. Once he returned to do the job, he found that the piece that was likely to need replacing was still good, just needed an adjustment. So he reduced the quote he had given us accordingly.
We have very old pipes so repairs and replacements are not super cheap but we trust them to be fair with their price. Will probably call them again when the need arises.

I called on a Thursday and they were able to come to my house on Saturday morning to deal with a slow draining shower. The person who came to my home was a bit surly but got the job done. I appreciated that he was willing to wear booties in my shoe free house, but I was surprised that he did not come with his own. In total he was in my house for about 15 minutes. He let me know that the clog wasn't that bad at all. I was surprised by the $300 bill at the end. In the future, I will spend that money on purchasing my own drain auger (~$80) so I can snake my drains myself rather than calling this plumbing service. I think their pricing is too high for such a small job. I was especially salty after he sent me the photo of what came out of the drain. It's a tiny hairball!

I appreciated that they could get me in within 48 hours and that they actually solved the issue that I was having, but I don't think their prices are competitive for truly small jobs.

This company is great. On time, on budget and easy to work with. Chris came to the house and did a great job. Will definitely use them again.

So this is my second review of Small Jobs Plumbing in a little over a week. We had a stubborn kitchen sink drain stoppage and on the first visit the tech and his assistant snaked the drain (twice) with limited effect and it was determined the culprit was probably the vents on the roof. A friend and I put a hose with a power nozzle several feet down the vent yet the plug persisted. I called SJP and they were back out and on time. Zach brought his line camera and (for no charge!) investigated the clog. Seems the vent flushing freed up just enough gunk to totally block the line! Zach immediately set up an appointment for the next day. This one with Ryan and a specialized piece of equipment that sends needle like jets of water out as it descends the line. Ryan was right on time with the gear and after a thorough cleaning I now have an artery that's clog free! Always a good thing! Ryan was particularly efficient and was in, did the job, cleaned up and was out in no time. Our home is built on a cement slab and if Ryan had not succeeded we would have been in for a nightmare of a job. Thanks to Small Jobs Plumbingand their expertise that expense and effort was avoided! Thanks guys! Small Jobs Plumbing will always be my Go-To!

I called SJP to address a leak in the cold water supply for the kitchen faucet. Damon came out and assessed what needed to be done but unfortunately didn't have a fitting he'd need and the supply house was already closed. He was also very clear about the costs, including a potential upcharge if he needed to address the problem from the crawlspace below the house (thankfully, that wasn't necessary!) He came back the next day and got the leak addressed quickly. He also tidied up and left the work area clean. Excellent work and if we have a plumbing need in the future, we'll definitely be calling SJP first.

Nice people. Really nice. Did I mention they were nice? They were on time, got the job done quickly. Fair pricing and a job well done. What else could you ask for?

Small Jobs Plumbing is truly exceptional. We recently had a leak in the faucet of a pedestal sink in our half bathroom. Being the original owners of our house, we still had a lifetime guarantee on the faucets, so we contacted Kohler and obtained the necessary replacement parts. Initially, we reached out to one of the larger plumbing companies for the repair. They told us they would need to remove the pedestal sink, which is attached to the wall, replace the parts, and then reinstall the sink. The quote for this work was $580.00.

Fortunately, we found Small Jobs Plumbing, and from the start, they were wonderful to work with. Ryan came out, quickly assessed the situation, and was able to replace the parts without having to remove the sink. He was very pleasant, clearly knowledgeable, and efficient. The final charge was only $219.00, significantly less than the big plumbing company's quote.

Small Jobs Plumbing is honest, reliable, and truly knows their stuff! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Good service, very professional. In our case they couldn't diagnose a problem so the technicians gave us a few tips and didn't even charge fr the trip out. I was amazed.

My favorite plumbing service! They show up quickly, solve issues efficiently and expertly, and don't charge an arm and a leg! I've used them twice now, and they will always be the first plumber I will call for any new issues. They have fixed my leaky shower head, unclogged my dishwasher drain line, and fixed an incorrectly installed water temperature handle.
