Smith's appliance repair service

We needed our clothes dryer cleaned and repaired, and for the most part we had been disappointed with service providers we've tried. Smith's was recommended by a friend. He showed up on time and we found him to be Professional, and Personable. His price quote to do the job sounded fair, so we agreed. He ordered the parts right then from his phone. When the parts came in two days later (just as he said they would) he came back and did the work. He also noticed that a door latch on our microwave was broken. he gave me the part number so that I might order it myself, he told me how to do it. He said that it was a pretty simple repair, but said I could call if I ran into a problem. I can't recommend Mark Smith Appliance Repair enough.
