The smoked meats were truly delicious. Highly recommend the brisket and ribs, as well as the chicken. Less so frankly for some of the other sides, but that is OK. Still warrants a five star review.

Also a very nice large patio out front that is dog friendly.

Ended up eating there food twice in 2 days. First was at the restaurant and second was a catered event. At the restaurant I got a blackened chicken sandwich. The sandwich was so juicy and cooked perfectly. The side of potato salad was rich and delicious. The staff was awesome and ambiance was great. For the catered event they had brisket, macaroni and coleslaw. Even for catered it was fantastic. I'm not a big BBQ guy but it was excellent both times and everyone at the event loved the food. Would recommend.

Brisket, macaroni and cheese and coleslaw with a Caesar salad.

We had dinner here while visiting Vancouver. We ordered a few happy hour drinks to start things off.
We all ordered something different but mine was the winner. I ordered the bbq pulled pork sandwich. It came with a good amount of bbq pulled pork and tasty coleslaw. Chips were on the side.
The Chili was presented nice but it was a very small portion.
The bbq pork plate with sides was also a very small portion.
The bbq pork Mac & Cheese had a very bland and way to creamy noodle thing going on. Not that great. The meat part was good.
Service was okay. No one really went out of their way to check on us.
Overall the bbq was very tasty at this restaurant. I would recommend getting the bbq pulled pork sandwich. Most bang for your buck.

They do two things really really well - their brisket is out of the world tender yet just crispy on the outside (ask for the fatty cut) and their fries are really well seasoned. You can sit outside, friendly service as well. I mean they have other good stuff too - Mac and cheese my kid ordered is good and the chili is decent. I would come back for the brisket though.

Great place to have a meal. The place is relaxing enough to come with a large group or small. Service is great, and the food and drinks hit the spot just perfectly. Great atmosphere. Plenty of parking. I fell absolutely in love with Vancouver, and I hope to return someday.

      Ordering tip:
The online ordering system indicates that it will take an hour for pick up order, but just call on the phone and we got it in 15min. See kids? It pays to actually talk to someone instead of hiding behind screens all day long!

      Food:
A little bit on the pricy side but worth it for the indulgence of a good BBQ which is hard to find here, so bumped it from 4.5 to 5 stars!

The 2 meat platter was enough to feed 2 adults. Ribs was our favorite but re brisket was also very flavorful. The beans had a surprisingly nice mix of sweet and savory, a very unique taste in a good way.

So yeah, just don't....save your money and go somewhere else.

Order the (way overpriced) Dukes Mac and Cheese for takeout, with a side of cornbread (had to pay extra for the cornbread, such greedy cheapos at this place; you can't even throw in a piece of cornbread, you must take advantage and charge $4.50, really?)

It was a major fail. The Mac part tasted like I was eating a blend stick of butter, the pulled pork was a bit burnt and very uneventful.

The cornbread? I think I had better from a box of cornbread mix from the store, which is probably what they did, and got the cheapest they could find to feed their pocket. It was a joke, $4.50 for a itty bitty muffin. They should be embarrassed of themselves.

      Again, just don't.

Food was excellent. I was afraid the meat might be too smoky but it was just right. Great choice of entrees and sides. Lots of many delicious meats Wait staff were friendly and the ambiance is great. Friend had Mac and cheese with boneless rib meat on top. I had a blue cheese burger that tasted like steak. Go for the Oreo cheesecake cup. Fun experience. Would highly recommend to carnivores!
