Armen was great!!! He ran me through all the best options for my car in detail. The rest of the crew here was fantastic. They were extremely thorough when it came to cleaning my car both inside and out. Also very very affordable for great work they do here. If you need a car wash, Auto Detailing, vacuum, etc. this is the place to come to. You will not be disappointed, guaranteed.

Everyone is here is very helpful. From the moment you pull up and met by Ricardo to the cashier and to the hardworking staff who cleans the cars.
They do miss things here and there but are more than happy to correct the problem.

$25 for a hand wash and great customer service = great value for me.

This has been my go-to carwash for a few years now, despite really trying to avoid carwashes because they are pretty careless with your car and the past several times I've paid for a full service with the works, I would only come home disappointed. The very first time I took my brand new car here for a full service, my wheels were scratched, but I couldn't go back because it was the next day that I noticed it while wiping my wheels. I know it was from there because I had only gone straight home (garage parked) after that and didnt drive it for a couple of days (I was saving the car's cleanliness for a wedding I had to attend in 2 days! )

I SHOULD HAVE ALREADY LEARNED MY LESSON THEN .

Today I foolishly went there for a quick wash, aaaand even bought the buy-4-get-1 free express wash special for $48. (WHAT WAS I THINKING?!!!)
That is actually still not THE best deal considering I could pay only $6 for express wash at the other place. But I went ahead anyway because the guy up front -Ricardo- is nice and friendly and knows how to salestalk pretty well (I'm in sales so I know lol).
Anyway, after my wash, I noticed the post-wash guy drying my windows and then trying to fix my NOW BENT rear windshield wiper. I got out and asked him what happened but he didn't speak English so he called another guy. Guy #2 attempted to fix it and forced it to attach and it worked, EXCEPT I NOTICED THAT THE WIPER IS ACTUALLY CHIPPED ALREADY. Guy #3 approached me to tell me that it can be easily replaced and they can just reimburse me but I demanded to have the owner himself come talk to me because I wasnt sure if they will actually believe me if I show up with the receipt later. The owner was not even there but I believe Ricardo is a manager who tried to talk me out of just going to the dealership to get a new one. I told him that I wanted a refund on the 4 carwash that I had just bought because now I'M SCARED TO GO BACK AND EXPERIENCE MORE DAMAGE...but he wouldnt let me get the refund. Honestly, had I just gotten my money back, this review would not have existed.

To sum it up, I spent the next hour and a half going from one place to another to do that and make sure they reimburse me, so I pretty much wasted my time doing that instead of getting other things done productively this morning since I was getting ready for a very busy day. I would have atleast appreciated a kind gesture or something to make up for the damage and time wasted on my part, but it seems like it has happened to quite a few people that it's automatic for them to reimburse you just for the parts.

I really regret buying the multiple wash 'cuz now that I think about it, I actually spent more money and now I'm super worried about the next times that l'm FORCED to go and possibly occur more damages due to their carelessness.

Now I have to take even more time out of my week to go back to the dealership to pick up the parts and get it fixed because they don't have it in stock. I only went there because the parts guy wanted to check my car to make sure which parts I actually needed and also so I could pay for it in person and get a receipt, which the carwash cashier needed to see before he could reimburse me.

It's really upsetting to know that they have been doing carwash business for a long time now, yet messed up on something like this that could've been avoided. A mere piece of tape on my rear wiper would have saved me soooo much wasted time today (AND next week), yet they FAILED to take the proper steps to avoid damage (while acknowledging that it usually "just" happens to cars like mine according to the cashier).

What's also upsetting to me is that I had offered to drive some of my tourist-relatives around town this weekend since they had not yet seen my new car, and my windshield wiper looks so cheap and nasty today because it is missing the cap and is visibly damaged.
It's so ironic that I decided to get a carwash to have a presentable and sparkly-clean car to drive them around and instead I came back with worse-than-a-dirty car (and it really wasnt even that dirty, I just wanted a little more shine.)

Oh well. It could've been worse.
But hopefully it doesn't happen the next time I go back.....unless I get so paranoid that I actually just decide not to! Only time will tell...

Broke my antenna!! I noticed it was missing when I went to vacuum my car. One of the guys retrieved it and let me know that I can reattach to my car using super glue. This is upsetting as the screw area for my antenna is now completely broken and I will need to constantly keep an eye on my antenna to make sure it doesn't fall off.

Wash was okay, my rear windshield was still slightly dirty but that is expected for a $6 wash.

I used to love bringing my car here, because they would do a great job. The last 3 times have been a disappointment. Today was my last time giving it a shot, because I had hope they would do a good job again. I am tired of having to ask them to wipe the most obvious spots they missed. Today when they handed over my keys, the guy stood there as if waiting for a tip, before -I would always tip before even looking at the job they did. Not today, I paid $70 for this and when I saw the condition they left it in, I chose not to tip. This is the 3rd time they completely ignore the interior. They put the shine/conditioner on-top of the crumbs and dirt before wiping it clean first. So now everything is still dirty & now sticky! No thanks. I should've asked for a refund.

I'm impressed by the additional care provided at Soapy Suds Car Wash in Valencia. I highly recommend their detailing services; my engine looks as good as new despite my car being over four years old. Thank you to the whole team. Ricardo, you always go over and beyond for your guests.

I've been coming here since I got a new car and wanted a better quality car wash. It's about 35 minuets from my house but the past few times I've been it's definitely been worth it.

I paid $80 ($70 wash + $10 tip.) and went home. My husband showed up maybe 30 minuets after me and pointed out the passenger side of the car was still completely dirty.

It always feels rude to go and look through the whole car right infront of them, and I trust for $80 they do a pretty good job. We were both slightly annoyed because half the car was clearly missed. As I continued to look around I continued to find small areas that were missed but nothing as major as the whole passenger side of the car.

My husband emailed them with their contact form on their website a few hours later and we never got a response. He sent another message a few days later and still no response.

An hour commute total to get my car washed here and $80 to only have half my car washed. Really dissapointed in the wash and the customer service. I thought I found the perfect, reliable, high quality car wash.

At first, I was thrilled to find this car wash situated on a new route between work and home. I was in a bit of a hurry so got a regular wash and detail, forgoing the triple-digit, pricier detail the intake guy suggested before I even got out of the car-- I wanted to experience their service first and I'm glad I did. Was my car filthy? No doubt. But even minimal effort would've made a huge difference. Perhaps they employ retired baseball umpires as finishers, because they ignored or missed *huge* spots with their vacuum and window cleaning. They didn't open the rear hatch at all and left gobs of obvious stuff on the seat and floor. For a $30 wash + 25% tip (sight unseen), I won't be going back.

Always good experience. The wait was long but that's just shows how good they are.

This car wash was a little far out for me but it was worth it! I tend to be very picky with car washes as I had some damages/scratches from multiple places with my old car.

But thanks to Ricardo, I was not worried AT ALL! He reassured me that he will take good care of my car and surely enough, he DID! I even shared my concern about using alcohol on my tint and he took it into consideration. It was VERY dirty from a road trip, but it looked brand new afterwards! Not a bug in sight. I got the hand wax hand wash and it only took around hour; during a busy time too! The price was fair as well. Very reasonable for the excellent service you get.

This is definitely my go to place now and I recommend everyone to also trust here!
