Soccer Pro

This is a great soccer store! They have everything under the Sun for soccer gear including some items I didn't know you could get your hands on outside of the pros. I live in the city and it was worth the trip across the bay to check these guys out. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their merchandise but don't give you any heavy sales pressure. Their prices are spot on for standard retail, no markups for being a specialty store. Also, there is plenty of parking to get in and out of their location.

Soccer Post Berkeley really stepped up when their supplier failed to deliver the training jerseys that were supposed to be ready for the start of the season. You find out a lot about a business when something goes wrong. In this case the mistake was outside of the control of Soccer Pro, however they adapted and provided my son with 3 training jerseys complete with the AFC club logo. They fit great and he is happy because his old training jerseys were too small. Thanks Soccer Post Berkeley!!

I visited the store last night at 6:53PM, fully aware that it closed at 7 PM. My plan was to quickly browse the shoe selection without taking much time, as I'm considerate of closing times and the employees' schedules. The staff member assisting me was helpful, but just as the clock struck 7 PM, I heard a man at the register call out that it was closed, effectively ending any possibility of completing a transaction.

This approach to customer service was disappointing and felt unprofessional. Having worked in retail myself, I understand the importance of closing procedures, but closing the register right at 7 PM, without allowing customers who were already in the store to complete their purchases, is not a standard I've encountered before. If a customer enters the store before closing, they should be given the opportunity to shop and check out without being rushed or cut off.

I wasn't even in the store for 10 minutes, and it would have made a significant difference if the team had accommodated a simple, quick transaction. I hope the management reconsiders this approach, as it leaves a negative impression and can easily turn potential buyers away. Will not be returning.

Bought sandals and Nike pants. Great selection of cleats, equipment, accessories, clothing...well organized. Like the layout of the store and location. Ample parking.

Went in there to buy a jersey, as soon as I walked in, no one greeted me and walked around for a few minutes. Still, no one offered any help, but I immediately could tell that I was being watched. This one employee was watching my every move as if I was going to steal something which made me super uncomfortable, I don't think I have ever been discriminated like that in my entire life. When I was checking out, I mentioned to the girl at the register that the employee standing in the middle of the store was staring at me and I didn't like it and she laughed it off , very cold and unfriendly. This will be the last time I take my business here.

My son tried on quite a few pairs of cleats. Service was great. Patient and informative. Good selection.

We came here to buy new soccer cleats for my 9.5-year-old son and Kaan was incredibly kind and helpful, he was super patient with us trying on tons of different shoes and sizes. He gave us tips on the best cleats for the value, effectiveness, style, and sizes. Highly recommend coming here for your soccer needs! They really are pros.

My daughter needed extra soccer socks for travel with her team and found them here for a great price and great service. Highly recommend.

After visiting 2 other soccer shops in the east bay we made it to Soccer Pro and were very glad we did. My daughter's feet are hard to fit and we needed shoes urgently today. The woman who helped us was so excellent! She understood our concerns and needs, she helped with fitting, and ended up recommending a different type of shoe vs what we thought we wanted and that turned out to be a great choice! We will definitely come back to SoccerPro when the next need need arises.

The guy at the register was super helpful in finding some great shoes for my son. I was in and out in about 7 minutes with shoes socks and shin guards.
