Daniel and his team were superb. I came into this not knowing a ton, but the team all did a fantastic job explaining each step. They did all the extras required for picky Davis inspectors. From sales to equipment to project manager, all kept me in the loop during the process. Solectric handled PG&E, made sure someone was here for all inspections and appointments. It has been a year and I couldn't be happier. In case you are on the fence and not sure, this is your message to go for it. My bills are low if not zero, my tax return was great. I met with a lot of companies, but Solectric's service was above and beyond.

Did not deal with this company after that quote was twice as much as anybody else plus they tried to tell me oh wow we put the solar panels and parallel not serial so one blows out there big deal .

We chose Solectric as our solar installer using SunPower solar panels. We have been highly pleased with their efficiency, timely install and professionalism. All the workers were helpful and explained the process thoroughly. Jessica in Operations was my main contact and she answered my emails or phone calls quickly and even though I had numerous questions she was always patient and listened well. We chose to purchase our solar because we believe we will be in our home for many years. The financial end of SunPower was very helpful and showed us our options and discussed the pros and cons of each option. It is nice to have a solar company right in West Sacramento as well. I would highly recommend them.

Solectric moved our Tesla invertor for us. Their techs were responsive, easy to work with, and got the work done in a single day. We were in a bind before this, but they were able to add us to their schedule quickly. Highly recommend!

Getting solar for your home is a huge investment in which everyone recommends you do your research and get a few quotes prior to deciding on which company you want to go with. Dan, the owner of Soletric, was one of the first companies we reached out to to get a quote solar for our home. He came to our house and explained everything to us in layman terms. He did not try to pressure us into anything at all and was super friendly throughout the whole process.

After getting a few quotes, we decided to go with Dan. However, I ran into some issues with my credit which affected with me getting a loan. Took more than six months to finally rectify the issue and not once did Dan pressure or rush me. I tried to email him periodically to keep him up to date on where we were at. I didn't want him to think I was pulling his leg. When I finally fixed my credit and got a loan approval, I emailed Dan immediately and we got the ball rolling.

The installation was quick. It took two full days for the panels to get up to the roof. Unfortunately, as we were close to completion pending an inspection by the City of West Sacramento, the coronavirus pandemic hit and shut everything down and, therefore, we cannot get an inspector out to do the inspection. So for a good month my panels were just sitting up in my roof collecting dust instead of energy. Then one day out of the blue, Dan emails me and tells us the city is opened and he is going to schedule an inspection so we can finally break the shackles of PG&E.

From the email informing us that we can get the ball rolling in getting our house inspected to finally our solar going online officially, I want to say it took a week or a little over a week.

Getting solar with Dan and Soletric was such a positive experience and we will not hesitate to recommend Dan and his team to friends and family that are considering solar. Dan makes things easy and breaks things down for you in a way that's easy to understand. What I loved was that we dealt with the owner directly and not some salesperson trying to sell us on solar. I think it's pretty cool that he's also local so we're also supporting local businesses and not some huge company.

Having spent several weeks back and forth with the big "national" solar installers, I decided to check with a few local companies. Solectric was a breath of fresh air, they pick up the phone and answer your questions in real time! No uploading dozens of pictures, or waiting and waiting for a response from an algorithm. Or getting passed around to different sales people and having to explain your situation over and over again.

After a few conversations and an in person site visit, we approved the plan, they had materials on hand, permits, installed and producing was only about three weeks. From first phone call to producing power, faster than "big T" can respond to a redesign request.

Very happy with our new system, and rest assured SunPower equipment is high quality and a good value. We recommend Solectric to everyone in Sacramento.

We purchased an additional Sunpower 3.35 kW system last November. We took our time seeking bids from mutliple businesses. Solectric was very competitive with their final pricing and won my business. The installation staff took time to answer all my questions and explain the process. It was a easy installation process and I recommend Solectric to anyone. Now that the days are getting sunnier, our expanded system is working great!
