Sonic Appliances Repair

This company, Sonic Appliance in San Jose is awesome .
They came right away, to my home in Union City , in traffic the same morning .
That in itself was heroic.
This was after I explained that I live in a house with 4 women who were about to skin me alive if I didn't get the dryer fixed.
The previous company the home insurance company sent (A-Go appliance) kept making excuses and always putting off coming to repair my dryer .
When they did show up the dryer stop working on the first load of clothes within 30 seconds of operation.

So my go to appliance repair company is " SONIC APPLIANCE REPAIR "

Old Republic Home Protection hired this local company to come check out my Samsung French door refrigerator - water kept leaking behind the vegetable drawer. So once a month I would need to soak it up with a towel. They told me the issue will just keep coming back and whatever they fix is just a temporary fix since Samsung is notorious for this issue.

They ended up having to order a part, come back a month later and fix it. Like he said, it was a temporary fix. It was good for 3 months then the problem came back. Now that my coverage is over, I'm stuck with this leaking refrigerator. Why did they not tell Old Republic it's a temporary fix? The home insurance company claims Sonic Appliances did not mention anything to them. They refused to listen to me since I'm not the pro in refrigerator repairs. Now I'm stuck with a leaky frig.

First of all, I wanna appreciate the technician Robin, he is very accountable, quick respond, good communication skill and always have job well done. I manager a few properties, and recently got some appliances needs to be repaired, Robin took the job, quick reaction, found the issue very quick, and repaired them well. Now the sonic appliances is my first choice when I look for an appliance repairing.

Sonic was a little difficult to get a hold off --but once we got scheduled they were awesome to work with. Always came during the appointment window. After coming on a Friday, the order the necessary part and came back Sunday to install! My dryer is in a weird corner where you have to unscrew a shelf. Previous workers refused to help with the shelf, but Sonic did it easily and made no issue of it. The boss even told the second guy about the shelf so he replaced it when he came to finish the work. Very professional!!

Fridge was broken and Robert took the time to meticulously check every section in order to fix it.

Very knowledgeable on the GE Monogram frig and freezer I have. Unfortunately not able to repair due to age of equipment.

Used Sonic through the home warranty program. The Sub-zero was leaking water on the bottom.
Communication from Robin was quick and clear. He worked us in the very next day. Fixed the problem/cleared up the drain, within about 30 minutes.
Here's the bonus! I showed him an oven that had problem closing. Robin fixed that for free. Who does that?
Love Robin. He will be my go-to guy for appliances.

Refrigerator not cooling service through Homeowners warrantee.
Came next workday. Good Communication. Replaced compressor. Delay was on part of Insurance, but they came as soon got parts shipped to them.
Overall good experience.
will use again.

We requested service on our Bosch Hood Vent. Rabin was very responsive and had to order the parts for our hood. He offered to help us caulk the sides of the cover that touches the tiles as well. We now have a "new" ventilation with our new motor. Thank you Rabin and Team for a great service. Highly recommended for any appliance repairs.

We bought a house half a year ago, and the refrigerator and washing machine in the house always had many problems. After they repaired them, I can finally use them normally.
