Tim and Roman did a great job! They were efficient, courteous and communicated very well. SOS Moving was very prompt in responding to requests and providing updates. Highly recommended.

Have used SOS Moving twice now. Last time we were happy with the service, but this time was really exceptional. Team of 4 helped us and was led by Jose, who was an excellent manager / contact point.

You know when you work with people who, perhaps subtly, begrudgingly do things, move slowly, and want to do the bare minimum? Jose and the team were the exact opposite! Fast, organized, the can-do attitude. They wanted to make sure everything we needed was handled. It really was reassuring working with them and will definitely use again and recommend.

These guys are rockstars! Don't know how they did it so fast but they moved our extremely heavy items and furniture in 4.5hrs! No slack, hard working, breaking sweats - these guys don't let you down. We had heavy tables going down the balcony, boxes and boxes going out the door, and Cal King bed carefully and quickly being loaded on the truck - all very quickly. Pure magicians right here.

Jose, Nelson, Ali, Andres - this is the combo to request! Not only are they strong, reliable, and on-time, they are very friendly and work with a smile :)

If you need to move and want to get it done FAST - these are your guys. You won't regret it!

I do not recommend this moving service. I had not worked with a professional mover before, so I did not know how many movers would be needed or how long the job would take. I provided Ross with information about the size of my apartment and number of boxes and other items that would need to be moved and he recommended three movers and stated he thought it would take up to six hours.

In total, they billed for 10 hours and 15 minutes, along with overtime charges with the total cost being appx. double what I anticipated.

They actually reduced the total billing cost slightly, as they damaged several items and agreed to reduce stated number of hours on the bill if I didn't file a damage claim. One of the damaged items was the frame on a piece of artwork, which cost appx. $200 to frame.

Ross had assured me that the workers would wrap all artwork before packing them in the truck, but the three workers were in a rush to get everything moved in one day and were very tired, and so they started packing without any protection, causing damage to items including artwork and furniture, as well as to the hardwood flooring and walls at both the pick-up and drop-off locations.

At the end of the day, I told the moving crew that I was dissatisfied with all of the damage that was caused by the careless and rushed job but they indicated that they would not leave until I closed out their invoice, offering only a minor cost reduction.

It was a really terrible experience and I strongly recommend against using this company.

I did DAY 2 of the move today and it was also excellent. Team of 4 moved my stuff carefully but also in a timely manner into a truck first (on a very busy LA street, not easy) and then packed my pod well. Thank you Gerardo N and Gerardo S and Javier and Jose! Everyone was so kind too! Loved my SOS experience.

From beginning to end, this moving company was AMAZING!
The quote was simple and easy to talk to someone and they had amazing prices compared to others.
Even with a good price, the quality of service was exceptional.
They moved everything out of my 1-bedroom apartment in 3 hours. This would have been shorter if I didn't live so far away from the elevator.
Anytime I had a question about something and emailed, I received a quick response.
They provided wardrobe boxes for free and even packed my wardrobe for me!
Even my big plants made it safely.
I literally didn't have to do ONE thing. They took care of everything!
They were moving and shaking and working hard!
Ahkmed and Adam were professional, friendly, quick and efficent.
Everything with travel time was done within 6 hours!

The best moving team! Super efficient and professional. Jose was the team lead and he was really on top of it. I offered the guys lunch and ice waters at the end-- yall should offer the same, it goes a long way!!
